PTLLS is a teacher training qualification for those new to teaching / training industry or wanting to start out as associate teachers, or currently teaching. Formerly this courses was known as CTLLS. They will also be able to assess learning and use appropriate resources to support effective learning.

Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Certificate is a RQF qualification & this course play a major role by working with pupils & supporting teachers. This course has been designed to teach the knowledge required to be a teaching assistant and support children’s learning from birth to nineteen years. The course covers various requirements needed to work as an assistant within schools and how to approach a career in the education sector.

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) formerly known as PTLLS, has been designed to introduce teaching for individuals who aspire or currently work in adult education. This includes FE colleges, training providers, workplace training departments and/or Local Authorities. It is a nationally recognised qualification and is also often the preference for employers to source as an accredited train the trainer qualification. This qualification includes written assignments and a practical micro-teach session, which can be completed remotely. Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training is regulated by Ofqual and prepares trainee teachers to teach in a wide range of contexts, adult qualifications. Level 5: Diploma in Education and Training DET or DTLLS course is a QCF qualification which is full 120 QCF Credit value. Formerly this course used to called Level 5 Diploma in Teaching in the Life Long Learning (DTLLS) course.  ABOUT THIS QUALIFICATION: Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training DET/DTLLS Course is suitable for teachers, trainers and tutors who wish to work or already working in further education, Colleges, adult and community learning or work-based training within public, private, voluntary or community organisations.
