Diploma in Education and Training (DET) qualification is a recognised teaching qualification leads to QTLS status. This is a PGCE equivalent qualification which is full 120 QCF Credit value. This course is suitable for trainers, teachers, and tutors who intend to work or already working in further education, university, training centre, college, adult and community learning or work-based training within public, private, community organisations or voluntary sectors. 
ABOUT THIS QUALIFICATION:
Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training DET/DTLLS Course is suitable for teachers, trainers and tutors who wish to work or already working in further education, Colleges, adult and community learning or work-based training within public, private, voluntary or community organisations. It prepares trainee teachers to teach in a wide range of contexts and requires observation and assessment of practice. All candidates, whether pre-service (Currently not working) or in-service (Currently working) must have access to the teaching (volunteer teaching, paid / unpaid teaching, part time / full time teaching). STUDY METHOD:

The entry requirement for this course are the basic functional skills (Numeracy, Literacy, ICT). FACE TO FACE OR LIVE ZOOM CLASS:
We have 3 days Live Zoom or Face to Face classroom session from 10am to 5pm around the country. This course will be taught and trained by an experienced teachers, who will use a wide range of teaching activities; including lectures, group work, discussion, demonstrations, candidates presentations and many more activities that help learning. Micro Teaching session will be held on last day of the course where trainee teachers prepare and deliver a short teaching and learning session to their peers. After 3 days session you are required to complete the coursework/assignment and send them for marking, it takes 7-8 day to get the result and certificate.

STUDY METHOD:
You can complete this course either through Distance Learning / Online, Face to Face or Live zoom class. Level 3 AET distance learning course is done at your own pace with a Tutor’s support & guidance. All necessary materials will be sent to you with login details with student portal access, once you book the course. The entry requirement for this course are the basic functional skills (Numeracy, Literacy, ICT). You will be given up to 3 months to complete the assignments, however if you finish earlier, you will be awarded early, you do not need to wait for last minute. Within the 12 weeks, you need to do your micro-teach.

FACE TO FACE OR LIVE ZOOM CLASS:
We have 3 days Live Zoom or Face to Face classroom session from 10am to 5pm around the country. This course will be taught and trained by an experienced teachers, who will use a wide range of teaching activities; including lectures, group work, discussion, demonstrations, candidates presentations and many more activities that help learning. Micro Teaching session will be held on last day of the course where trainee teachers prepare and deliver a short teaching and learning session to their peers. After 3 days session you are required to complete the coursework/assignment and send them for marking, it takes 7-8 day to get the result and certificate.
COURSE ASSESSMENT:
There is no formal examination is required, but at the end of the course you need to submit a portfolio assignment.

CAVA is a combined of assessment of occupational competence in the work environment, and the assessment of vocational skills, knowledge and understanding. Level 3: Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (RQF) course is suitable for people who assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding other than in the work environment (e.g. a workshop, classroom or other training environment).

UNITS COVERED: There are two awards and a certificate available at Level 4:

ENTRY REQUIREMENT:
The candidate for this qualification must have good literacy and numeracy skills. We strongly recommend you have completed the Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement (Assessors Award). You also need to demonstrate level of competency in order to enroll for this course. You must be able to demonstrate competency through work place assessment. Candidates also must have at least 2 candidates to assess as part of the training.
COURSE ASSESSMENT:
