This module aims to develop knowledge and understanding of the importance of research including social media to find opportunities in global trade.
Designed for entry level and tactical level Intelligence Analysts. The 10-day Course (CPD 80 Marks) meets the UK National Occupational Standards for Intelligence Analysis, and also the IPP for Intelligence Analysis
The course covers research design principles and all main quantitative evaluation methods: randomised experiments, instrumental variables, sharp and fuzzy regression discontinuity designs, regression methods, matching methods and longitudinal methods (before-after, difference-in-differences and synthetic controls).
There is no such thing as a typical Access to HE student. Our Access to HE Diplomas are taken by students of all ages and backgrounds. Courses are designed, in particular, for people who have been out of education for some time, especially those who left school with too few qualifications to be able to go straight to university.
