Estudiantes is a sport-for-development club based in Haringey, London. Estudiantes was an idea before it was a club. That idea being that educational excellence and social mobility could be achieved via the medium of sport; that a committment to striving for excellence in sport could drive excellence in life. The bedrock of the club is education. This has seen attendance of participants at the local college with which the club has ties increased from 76 to over 94% while delivering more than 40 hours of football/futsal a month to those whose attendance to class met the threshold set by the club. Participants in the program also receive 1 to 1 English and Maths tuition to help them achieve their potential.

Liverpool

Established in March 2012 and based in Liverpool, Active TT provides bespoke teaching and educational support across all key stages. We provide one to one tuition in a variety of subjects and settings. Our successful re-engagement program is well established and includes; travel training, academic engagement and transition support to mainstream and other appropriate settings. Teaching is tailored to meet individual pupils needs and ensure that challenge is built-in to achieve successful outcomes. Our pupils attained 100% GCSE pass rate in 2020 and we have high expectations for this year. Year 11 students attendance is 97% for the current year which includes pupils who did not attend their main setting. Active TT's holistic approach dramatically improved confidence, enjoyment and attendance.

Who are our Trainers All of our Trainers are specialists in their own field, who continually update their knowledge and practice. What can you expect? All bookings for training days can be made through Eventbrite (see links on training page). Classes and workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking/confirmation. Please ensure you can attend the class before paying the fee because refunds can only be considered if there is at least 2 weeks’ notice. In most cases we will be unable to offer a refund unless there is a significant waiting list and we are able to fill the place/s. As a charity and a community pottery, our fees are kept as accessible and affordable as possible but we need to maintain full attendance in all classes
