I came to the Grief Recovery Programme via my own grief journey, as a result of
several losses, including my father's suicide and the death of my partner of 17
years. The Grief Recovery Method has allowed me to live my life fully again,
keeping hold of fond memories and letting go of the pain.
I am now delighted to be able to deliver the program, as an Advanced Specialist,
to help people move on from the pain of a broken heart and it will be my
privilege to lead you carefully and safely through the action steps to recovery.
