As a chartered engineer with over thirty years operational and commercial experience, Mike offers a unique blend of technical and commercial advice to clients. He has been involved in projects spanning the entire gas chain including upstream gas supplies, LNG, gas storage, gas transportation and gas markets. Read More Recently he has been involved in a number of ‘LNG Terminal User Agreement’ (TUA) negotiations throughout the EU, Asia, South and North America. In addition, Mike has been advising clients on depleted field, and salt cavity gas storage projects in the UK, Netherlands, Germany and elsewhere in the EU. Typical clients include LNG suppliers, buyers and terminal operators, gas producers, regulators, large power generators, gas marketing companies, and large industrial consumers. Mike works throughout the EU and elsewhere in the world including, India, Nigeria, Libya, Singapore, Bangladesh, Canada, and South Korea. Current projects include undertaking a major feasibility study regarding the role of LNG in facilitating market entry into an EU gas market, developing a market monitoring regime for an Asian gas market and assisting a client in negotiating a TUA. Mike started his career at British Gas plc designing, building and maintaining the high-pressure gas network before becoming involved in the development of the competitive gas market in Great Britain. As a commercial negotiator Mike led contract negotiations worth hundreds of millions of pounds.

To provide local people with secure employment whilst working to deliver a valuable service that provides long term, sustainable benefits to the people, communities and economy of South Yorkshire. We are looking to the future and by setting a personal example our staff team of skilled, dedicated entrepreneurs are providing inspiration to the young people of South Yorkshire about the vast possibilities that career pathways and future employment can offer. B&E Together Ltd has been formed around a new business model that is based on introducing new technologies and a younger dynamic into the staff team whilst retaining the core skills, abilities and best practice developed over many years of successfully delivering high quality work experience placements.

Having all originally worked at platforms that were subsidiaries of asset management groups, their vision was to create an investment platform that put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Ken Fry (independent non-exec) – brings considerable experience in financial services technology having been the CTO and latterly COO of Aberdeen Investment Management. Jane Dale (independent non-exec) – an experienced former finance director for several financial services business and currently a non-executive director for a range of financial service providers. Jane is chair of the Novia Audit & Risk Committee.

His experience now extends across different markets and sectors, working directly with clients and through communication and event management companies and creative agencies He regularly works closely with his friend and business colleague, Nadine Dereza at PS Programmes, specialising in providing a refreshing approach to media training, for those who want to build their confidence and adeptness in acting as a spokesperson for their organisation Ross lives in Oxfordshire with his family, next to the Chilterns, where he enjoys walking, cycling, running, and is involved with his boys' football clubs. He is also Chair of the local Scouts Group An extraordinary network He has travelled extensively working with many different cultures and environments. He works with an extraordinary network of facilitators, including, artists, graphic illustrators, foreign language speakers and learning and development specialists with a diverse range of expertise and qualifications. Games and activities Ross is also the designer of conference and workshop based activities and games. These are highly inclusive and engaging.
