Ross has a unique blend of experiences and skills, and this is what makes him different Ross began his career at British Airways, working in an unusual variety of both operational and commercial roles. His experience now extends across different markets and sectors, working directly with clients and through communication and event management companies and creative agencies He regularly works closely with his friend and business colleague, Nadine Dereza at PS Programmes, specialising in providing a refreshing approach to media training, for those who want to build their confidence and adeptness in acting as a spokesperson for their organisation Ross lives in Oxfordshire with his family, next to the Chilterns, where he enjoys walking, cycling, running, and is involved with his boys' football clubs. He is also Chair of the local Scouts Group An extraordinary network He has travelled extensively working with many different cultures and environments. He works with an extraordinary network of facilitators, including, artists, graphic illustrators, foreign language speakers and learning and development specialists with a diverse range of expertise and qualifications. Games and activities Ross is also the designer of conference and workshop based activities and games. These are highly inclusive and engaging.
