My name is Fred Boucher, I have used all my 36 years experience from the British
Army to develop many different training styles to create a learning experience
that is enjoyable, relevant and ensures that trainees will remember their new
skills and be able to recall them when they are truly needed. I teach them not
only how to take control in emergency situations but also how to carry out
effective planning and prevention. Health and Safety training from S.M.A.R.T
Training & Leadership limited can be more than just a legal requirement; the
acquisition of valuable skills also leads to greater confidence and self-esteem
