Our long serving, dedicated team know just how hard people within the healthcare
industry work, because of this we strive to deliver an efficient service to all
our clients. From the beginning of the recruitment process, interviewing and
vetting candidates; for training and ongoing support, we provide a professional,
yet personal, service. Ongoing assessment is provided to both our carers, and
our care homes in order to ensure that carers are adequately trained and matched
to a working environment that is well suited. We believe that our enthusiastic
approach inspires our carers to be the best they can be! We offer both permanent
and temporary placements and a DBS umbrella service to all our clients. Our
staff vet all our candidates and carry out interviews, along with support for
candidates who have less experience of the interview process if required. All
our staff are fully trained. New carers will complete their care certificate
with us, and we provide long term support and training in all areas.
