MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology) is an experienced and innovative archaeology and built heritage practice. We have been providing independent, professional heritage advice and services for over 40 years across the UK and internationally on schemes both large and small. Our commercial services are designed to help our development, infrastructure and construction sector clients to meet their planning process requirements swiftly and expertly, with the certainty and value they need. As an education charity our aim is to inspire people to be curious about their heritage. As an Independent Research Organisation, we set out to share the knowledge and information we generate with the widest audience possible for the benefit of society. The research we conduct as part of the planning and development process takes place alongside our own research framework. Gordon House Education Consultancy (GHEC) Ltd was set up in 2007. We have over 40 years’ experience of working as a teacher, education officer, education adviser in Ministries of Education and consultant in the UK (mostly London) and overseas. This unique breadth of experience and expertise means that GHEC has a wealth of knowledge to draw on when undertaking independent investigations which is the area of work we now focus on. Over the past 10 years we have conducted over 50 investigations. Serious incidents are fortunately not a daily occurrence in schools but when they do happen and allegations or serious concerns need to be investigated, they can take up huge amounts of time, resources and emotional energy; very often the school staff asked to undertake investigations have little experience of what might be required. When, on those rare occasions, an independent investigation is needed, we offer a highly effective, efficient, thorough and discreet service. In addition we have come to realise that there are very few independent investigators available with our level of understanding about schools (and how they work). In recent years GHEC has undertaken a wide range of school-based investigations including: whistle-blowing grievance disciplinary parental complaint capability fraud bullying All have achieved a satisfactory outcome, enabling those involved to move on. The Raynor Massage is a therapeutic technique developed by Brandon Raynor, an Australian trained Naturopath. Some of the techniques used in Raynor Massage originated from Eastern practices of massage, such as Shiatsu, Ayurvedic massage, Thai massage, Lomi Lomi, and Yoga breathing techniques. Raynor Massage is a unique method of massage specifically focusing on finding and eliminating residual tension being held in the body. Brandon Raynor developed the technique based on over twenty years practicing massage and studying many different techniques used throughout the world. He has developed a method of teaching massage that enables students to learn quickly, focusing on the goal, which is always finding and totally releasing all residual tension located throughout the body. Underlying these physical manifestations of the bands are subtle energy systems similar to Sen lines in Thai Massage, Meridians in Chinese Medicine, or Nadis in Ayurvedic Massage. Knowledge and techniques gleaned from these ancient modalities were then combined and evolved to form the Raynor Band Theory. While Raynor Massage Bands may overlap with some of these eastern practices, their distinguishing feature is they can be physically traced and seen within the body. Our bodies hang onto tension in our muscles for a variety of reasons; poor posture, stress from home or work, injuries, exercise and/or sports training, hunching over a computer and other things as well. This tension is held in our muscle tissue and eventually results in residual muscle tension and pain. Raynor Massage is not anything like an ordinary massage, although it does involve certain adjustments, stretches and techniques that have been developed over the years. Residual tension is something that exists in someone’s body even when their body is at rest, like when they are lying on the massage table. If the client has an area where there is muscle tightness when they are not even using that muscle, this is residual tension. The goal of Raynor Massage is to completely rid the body of this. The definition of “relax” is to “return to a state of looseness”. “Re” is defined “to bring back” and “lax” means “loose”. Thus, Raynor Massage is a modality of deep and relaxing massage. Another vital aspect of Raynor Massage is accepting that residual tension can be caused by emotional, mental or stress related issues. The fundamental philosophy of Raynor Massage is based on the theory of Eastern Medicine. The physical tension in the body is the culmination of various energies, emotions and of a life force, which is called chi or prana. If there is a disruption or blockage, which impedes the flow of chi or prana, the result will be an area of muscle tightness, and the bones in the skeletal structure may be forced out of alignment.

Outcomes Advocacy was founded in 2016 by Steve Devlin Outcomes Advocacy is the culmination of many years of experience of working with families of children with SEN and disabilities. Steve has managed one of the busiest SEND IASS (formerly known as Parent Partnership) services in the country for a London Local Authority. In this time Steve has undertaken significant training and continual professional development accredited by the Solicitor’s Regulation Authority. Steve has provided a service to over 1000 parents and has delivered over 100 workshops on specific areas of SEN. In addition to his wealth of knowledge on SEN legal frameworks Steve has an in-depth knowledge of how Local Authorities function, including their decision making processes. Steve has held key strategic positions on the SEN reforms management board for Local Authorities, helping to design the new polices, procedures and key documents for the revised statutory assessments and Education Health and Care Plans.
