Strokes Ahead was founded in 2017 at Shotton Primary School. Now, with a
nomination for Swim School of the year, not to mention hundreds of happy
customers, excellent swimmers transitioning into clubs and highly trained
teachers, we continue year on year to deliver an array of high quality lessons
in a variety of locations across the north east. We keep our group lessons to a
maximum of 6 children per class (stages 1 – 5) and make sure there is a teacher
in the water to ensure the children get the attention they need to progress.
Each of our swimming lessons are arranged accordingly to your child's swimming
experience and water confidence. Each class is 30 minutes in length and is
filled with fun, interactive games and productive learning. Our children’s
swimming lessons are designed for those aged 3years + and our sessions help to
improve your swimmers water confidence and ability. The experienced staff will
act first hand to cater to every child’s need, respective of their nature.
