We are quick to respond to any feedback and everyone in our team is passionate about learning and education We believe that excellent tutoring goes beyond just teaching academic facts and we believe in the success of our students. So we make sure our tutors incorporate mentoring into their sessions which helps build the character and self-belief needed for our students to accomplish their goals. Additional, tailored mentoring and coaching sessions can purchased which include addressing any specific issues, study skills development, and career advice. We work closely with parents and students to understand what is going on in their world and in their school classrooms to ensure that each tutoring session is as rewarding and productive as possible Our Vision For The Future. To have a centre in Sheffield with a capacity of 100 students and 10 tutors at a time. With space for summer schools and mentoring/ coaching conferences. We want to give back to the community and start to provide scholarships and bursaries for students from under-privileged backgrounds to access our services. We want to grow our online tutoring school and allow our tutors to connect with hundreds of students across the country and help them excel academically. These are are goals for the next five years, who knows what more awaits us.

We offer a safe and secure consistent place for vulnerable young people to find support. . OUR FUTURE LEADERS Who we work with One Step at a Time. We start working with our young people from an early age to ensure that we can follow through when building their confidence and self-esteem; especially when faced with challenges such as peer pressure, body image, mental health, and addiction. Our youth team helps to make all our courses a success. We use the skills of our Black community ambassadors, be-frienders, and arts awarded courses as a mean of engagement. With our youth, we use a unique approach to person-centred success. We encourage an holistic approach, making them aware of Black history, Black leaders and connections with the Black elders within our community. From commissioning activities to engineering support, project management consultancy and process safety training we offer our support and expertize to the fertilizer industry when and were required. We document our lesson learnt and we share it with the ammonia and urea communities on UreaKnowHow.com and AmmoniaKnowHow.com so we all can improve our skills and benefit by learning what we can do better in the future. Our site experience is translated and embedded in process safety courses for fertilizer operators that we develop together with FIORDA. Fertilizer Industrial Services appear as a necessity to fill the gaps in commissioning skills and technology know-how required in various projects in the fertilizer industry. Our team members have started working together internationally since 2004 during commissioning of Phu My Fertilizer Project in Vietnam. Within last year’s we got together or split up freelancing in different projects around the world. We are specialized in ammonia, urea, methanol, nitric acid and NPK technologies covering process, mechanical, instrumentation and project management. Our services vary from plant commissioning and start-up, operation support, ammonia tank de-commissioning and inspection, plant revamp support and project management consultancy. We work with fertilizer manufacturers, operators, technology licensors, EPC companies and PMC consultants covering short term or extensive long term projects. We are passionate about nitrogen syngas technologies and we like share our knowledge with our colleagues from around the world.

’m Kerry Watson, a psychotherapist, coach, mum, and wife. I support people who are having difficulties in their lives due to anxiety and stress through 1:1 therapy sessions and coaching programmes. I also teach people how to heal themselves and look after their mental wellbeing. I live in Dunfermline, Fife and work UK wide offering in person and online therapy sessions. I hold a Degree in Psychology and am working towards a MSc in Forensic Psychology. I’ve been immersed in self development for over 9 years- learning Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Eye Movement Therapy, Holistic Wellbeing, Shadow work, Hypnotherapy and more. I am a passionate advocate for mental wellbeing and have been involved in various academic research projects around the topic of military/veteran mental health. In 2018, I was awarded a research internship where I designed and conducted research into "Understanding Military Spouse/Partners Support Needs and Online help seeking strategies". In 2019 I completed the research project "A thematic analysis of the barriers and facilitators which impact Veterans willingness to engage in mental health support services". Both of these projects involved investigating areas of mental health experiences, stigma and toxic masculinity. I hope to publish both of these research papers in the future. Although I do not follow a particular religion, I resonate well with Humanism. Working on my own personal development and wellbeing for over 9 years, I recognise the importance of emotional wellbeing, and this is a key aspect of the way that I work.

Welcome to Haydock Connect Welcome to Haydock Connect: The last couple of years have been the most difficult for many in a life time. As a charitable training organization we took the difficult decision to close and remain closed to protect the health of both staff and students. ...Where do we go from here? At the time of writing, the Omicron variant is starting to affect many countries including the UK. We are hopeful that the outcome will not be as devastating or as dangerous to our health as previous outbreaks. With this in mind we are planning to start offering introductory courses in the very near future. Taking into consideration the difficulties that our school leavers have experienced over these last couple of years we have decided to lower the age of opportunity to learn to 16years upwards. What do we offer? We are a City & Guilds authorised training centre but at this time we will be offering introductory courses to domestic electrical installations, renewal energy, web design and basic car maintenance. By the end of the course you will have a very good idea just what is involved and if it would be the kind of career you would enjoy. We are hoping to re-open in March 2022 and so keep checking our web site for more information regarding the exact date we will be starting and application forms or simply to give us a call.
