In 2008 he decided to move to the UK to pursue his competitive career and become a full-time dance professional and teacher. His focus is on great technique, emotional connection with the music and of course have fun along the way. Sergio is currently in California, USA studying American Smooth and American Rhythm and will occasionally visit the studio for some coaching.Together they competed not only in Same-Sex events but were also the first and only all-male couple to participate in Professional events, challenging the notion that a couple needs to be consistent by a male and a female. As they explored the dynamics of leading and following, it felt only right to move on to the Professional field together, where they had competed for so many years. After all, if our society has developed to accept all sorts of partnerships why should in dancing be any different? They have enjoyed competing together at the most prestigious events in the UK, including the British Open that every year summons thousands of dancers across the world.

Kiranjot

I received my spiritual name Kiranjot after practising Kundalini Yoga for 11 years. Kiran means ray of light from the sun and jot is a vessel. I went to my first Kundalini class in 2003 while looking for ways to tackle the debilitating depression I was suffering with and realised straight away Kundalini was the cure. I started teacher training in 2004 and haven’t stopped since, taking yearly in depth trainings with masters teachers within Kundalini Yoga including Gurmukh, Guru Rattana, Guru Dev, Shiv Charan and Satya, Karta Singh and Carolyn Cowan. After the home birth of my son in 2007, I left my media career and started to attend births and teach yoga. Birth and Kundalini Yoga are both hugely transformational experiences. Essentially what I do is facilitate space for people to go deep into their process and have positive life affirming experiences whether that be in a yoga studio or on a labour ward. For many years I’ve had an interest in astrology. I’ve always taken into account the turning of the seasons and the astrological weather when I plan my yoga classes. I believe that’s why so many people say after class, “thank you, that was spot on” I live in Peckham south east London and have taught thousands of hours of regular classes in the biggest and best yoga studios and humble community centres in London and abroad. Please go to the home page for my current schedule and check out the retreats page to see what exciting yogic adventures I have coming up. Hi I'm Lisa and I live in the middle of the Test Valley in Hampshire, with my husband, two children, my dog Inca and cat Ebury. After having my son George in 2015 and moving from a city to a village, I decided to put my career in the corporate world on hold and spend time at home being a mummy. This life style change enabled me to explore my creative side. I loved living in a village and joined one of the local village WI groups and their craft club. I also took a number of workshops including blind making and cake decorating. However my love of jewellery, magpie tendencies and previous experience with bead work, soon lead me to the magic of Silver Clay. Once I found Silver Clay I was hooked! My ability and design ideas soon had my teacher suggesting I start a small business. This is how Country Designs by Lisa was born in 2017. All my work is inspired by the country side and nature around me. I love nothing more than going foraging on a dog walk or when out and about with my children and often come back with pockets filled with more items collected on walks than my children! . I love to learn and am continuing to update my skills and over the last few years I have added traditional silversmith techniques to my work. I have also passed my Level 1 and Level 2 Art Clay certificates and i'm currently working towards my Level 3. Gaining Level 1 & 2 enables me to teach under the Art Clay banner, this was very important for me to pass before I started to teach as it gives me the knowledge and skills to teach my students correctly. Most of my range, except some smaller items, are fully hallmarked by the London Assay Office. This is a 700 year old tradition that gives buyers the assurance they are buying a quality item which has been fully tested by the Assay Office. If you are looking for a special gift or just a treat for yourself then come and browse my shop by clicking on the 'shop' button below. If you would like to learn the alchemy of silver clay then why not book yourself onto one of my workshops? I run workshops for complete beginners through to intermediates. I also teach 1 to 1's if you want to learn something specific. Click on the 'Workshop's' button below to find out more.

I am an artist, designer and tutor (the fun bits), as well as marketing manager, social media guru, content writer, website designer, photographer, video editor, sales person and book keeper all rolled into one. I love all things magical, mythical and fantastical, which I think creeps out just a little in my work! I like to appeal to the inner child that lurks inside us all and encourage people to allow their imagination out to play once in a while. Here are a few (hopefully) interesting facts about me and how I got here: I grew up in Hertfordshire, then moved around the UK following my studies and my career. I now live near Bishop Auckland in County Durham (North East England) with my partner and my Daisy dog. I was never interested in traditional art at school and honestly cannot recall a single art lesson beyond primary school. I have a Chemistry degree and a Masters in Forensic Anthropology. I am quite an extreme introvert and can happily go days without any human contact. I spent seven years working in Liverpool as a Crime Scene Investigator (CSI), followed by nine years teaching CSI's from across UK police forces and internationally. In 2015, I started making things in my spare time and started selling some of my creations at local craft fairs. In 2016, I discovered fabric sculpting, became the first certified Powertex tutor in the North East of England and began running my creative workshops in my spare time. In 2017, I was made redundant from my role as a Forensic Trainer and decided to use the opportunity to change careers completely and become a self employed 'artist'. (Most of my friends and colleagues thought I was a bit crazy at this point!) Since 2016, I have brought fun and creativity into the lives of countless adults and children through my workshops. I have also put smiles on the faces of even more people through exhibiting, sharing, displaying and selling my creations. And this is what I love so much about what I do now. I love sharing the happiness I get from creating. I love seeing that little smile appear when people see my creations at markets and events. I love seeing the joy and pride people get from creating something themselves. So, thank you for supporting me. Even if it is just by visiting my website or liking my facebook page, it all allows me to continue spreading happiness as well as making me a very happy, creative bunny.
