I am now taking bookings for 1-2-1 Fitness, Pilates and Yoga Classes - to
commence 8th March (Outside) I am also taking bookings for Group Fitness,
Pilates and Yoga Classes (Outside) - to commence 29th March. From the 12th
April, all lessons - 1-2-1 and group Fitness, Pilates and Yoga Classes - Inside
You absolutely do not have to be advanced level or any kind of athlete to attend
in these classes. A lot of my group lessons and private lessons are structured
around injury rehabilitation. I accept total beginners.
