The Chat Shop story started in 2011. That may not seem like an especially long time ago, but trust us, ten years is a very long time in live chat history. Before we were incorporated, hardly any businesses used live chat, and fewer still seemed to recognise its revenue-generating potential. The more we looked into why this was, we saw that few people really understood the value that chat could bring to their business, and chat was a real challenge to get right. 2011 Small beginnings The Chat Shop was founded by two people who knew they could provide a solution. They sensed that live chat might represent an unexplored opportunity to reach out and connect with customers. Could smart onsite conversation be the key to engaging wavering visitors and converting them into qualified leads? 2012 Officially incorporated By June 2012, The Chat Shop was officially incorporated. The Chat Shop began life with a £5K investment and a strong belief in the untapped potential of conversational marketing, before conversational marketing was really a thing. Despite our shoestring funding, we won our first client at the end of 2012 and worked 18-hour days (on chat!) until we could afford to hire a client team. 2013 We hired our first team After more clients joined, we were relieved to be in a position to hire a team. The founders’ experience of being on chat helped identify exactly the team we needed. They had to be native-English speaking and natural at engaging with prospective customers through chat. 2016 Our focus on innovation grew The chat technology we were using had always been good, but we knew that in order for us to truly take conversation up a level we needed a team of developers. This kicked off our long-standing history of enhancing our clients, customers, and agents' experience with market-leading technology. 2017 The Chat Shop Inc was born Due to increasing demand for our solutions from North America, we officially incorporated our US business, The Chat Shop Inc. This enabled us to grow our US team and client base, building our strong presence on both sides of the pond. 2018 First acquisition The Chat Shop had partnered with Jeff Wilson and the team over at Ortho Engagement a few years prior, successfully delivering chat for over 100 Orthodontists in America, Canada, and Australia. When the opportunity arose, it made sense for The Chat Shop to take over ownership of the business as our very first acquisition. 2020 The big plan We took a step back and really thought about what had driven our, and our clients' success to date. This led to a whole new approach to our solutions - still very much human-led, and tech-enabled, with further investment into our strategy, people, and technology. 2021 ... and beyond Ten years and millions of chats later, our youthful instincts have been vindicated. Sergio & Sharon Withers Sergio & Sharon Withers Sergio & Ana Afonso Sergio & Ana Afonso Sergio Brilhante Qualified with both the ISTD and the IDTA, Sergio has extensive experience working with people from all backgrounds. In 2008 he decided to move to the UK to pursue his competitive career and become a full-time dance professional and teacher. His focus is on great technique, emotional connection with the music and of course have fun along the way. Sergio is currently in California, USA studying American Smooth and American Rhythm and will occasionally visit the studio for some coaching.Together they competed not only in Same-Sex events but were also the first and only all-male couple to participate in Professional events, challenging the notion that a couple needs to be consistent by a male and a female. As they explored the dynamics of leading and following, it felt only right to move on to the Professional field together, where they had competed for so many years. After all, if our society has developed to accept all sorts of partnerships why should in dancing be any different? They have enjoyed competing together at the most prestigious events in the UK, including the British Open that every year summons thousands of dancers across the world.

My journey Jules Hellens - womens's life coach My journey to a healthier and happier life. For 27 years, I worked in the NHS as a qualified nurse, experiencing both clinical and managerial environments. Then, in my late forties, I hit the menopause – or rather the menopause hit me. I experienced debilitating symptoms which had a negative impact on my overall sense of wellbeing. My journey to a healthier and happier life started here. I was at a point in my life where I really didn’t know what I wanted to do. I felt stuck in a rut and completely lost. I retired from nursing and completed an MSc in Business Management, but soon realised this new avenue did not fullfill my long-held desire to help and support people. I volunteered at a charity called Happy City, where I attended a training course called ‘Wellbeing Champions Training’. This training had a massive impact on me and was the turning point I’d been looking for. This led me to train as a Wellbeing Life Coach and after setting up a successful coaching business, I now focus on blogging and podcasting to educate and inform.

My name is Pierre Noah and I am one of the five men who rescued an individual during the Black Lives Matter march on the 13 June 2020 in central London. After the video footage of George Floyd's death went viral on social media, the peaceful demonstrations planned in London to show solidarity changed over the course of the week and became increasingly violent once right-wing extremists announced that they were also going to attend the march in central London. Watching this on television at home prompted me to call my associates to support me under the umbrella of my security company ARK Protection Limited and to work in conjunction with the police to ensure safety for our young men and women who were attending the march peacefully. ACC was established in December 2020 following our intervention and my appeal to the Prime Minister for support to rebuild broken communities. Samuel Kasumu who served as Special Advisor to Prime Minister Boris Johnson was instrumental in supporting and facilitating the establishing of ACC. Our primary focus is on four pillars: New model youth club Education Tackling youth crime Parental support networks

To us at IIBM Internationally recognised courses is a fixed part of our mission statement. What we wanted to offer our students needed to be recognised internationally with a transparent certification qualification. After a very successful start with the international base students, we decided to start something new and offer our services as well to our locals. Of course, we have a very patriotic view of our beloved Malta. Our main scopes at IIBM are that of bettering our students’ level of education and better their chances for a better work opportunity, this would definitely remain so as well with our local students. After having a successful career in the Musical Theatre industry, I wanted to pass on my knowledge of, and passion for, the performing arts to children in the London area. As a result I founded ‘Take Flight Theatre School’ in 2011 and we have been successfully running our classes for children aged 4-18 years, offering fun after school clubs, ever since. In 2015, Leanne Panni joined the company as Business Manager and Co-Director, and together we have been working on our re-launch as ‘Take Flight Academy of Performing Arts’ and the start of our exciting new Saturday School, opening September 2016. Here we offer a more disciplined and thorough routine for children and young people who have a real passion for performing. These new in-depth classes allow the students to focus on their ‘triple threat’ skills of singing, dancing and acting, encouraging them to become strong, all round performers. Our classes are designed to cater for each students individual needs and abilities, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their experience. Not only will our students receive the best technical training possible but they will also build key life skills, including creativity and confidence.
