I am The London Sound Healer, and I am a Sound Healer and Reiki Master. I have been following a shamanic path since my teens, and I have studied with the Power Path School and Sandra Ingerman, and I am currently deepening my studies with The Sacred Trust in the UK. I have been very lucky to spend time in the Amazon rainforest with the indigenous locals learning about their relationship and medicinal uses with the plants and trees. I am deeply passionate about the healing and transformational power of sound, which is particularly needed at this transitional time on our planet. I trained at The College of Sound Healing, where I am an accredited member, and I work with 432hz crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls, along with the gong. I have also trained with sound pioneers Jill Purce and Jonathan Goldman. I heal through sound on a one-to-one basis, and also in groups for sound baths and events for adults and children alike. I am a third generation Healer, following in the footsteps of my mother and grandmother.

London Skills for Growth has now merged with London South East Colleges. From 31 August this site will no longer be available. London Skills for Growth was established as a charity to directly respond to the growing number of young people leaving school without the necessary skills to enter the world of work. It aimed to support young people and those furthest from education and employment. Since its’ establishment it has has created brighter futures, supporting thousands of young people on their journey to employment. None of these achievements would have been possible without the continued support of our employers and students. Going forward, London Skills for Growth will continue to further its charitable objectives through London South East Colleges by delivering a range of education and training programmes, including Traineeships and Apprenticeships, across a range of areas. History of CADS Cleethorpes and District Swimming Club is the longest running club within the Grimsby and Cleethorpes area. It was founded in 1976 and has always run out of John Whitgift School Pool. Over the many years Cleethorpes and District Swimming Club have had many great swimmers, including many national medallists. The aim of the club is to continue to help all swimmers achieve their ultimate potential, regardless if that is to be able to compete at national level or for other reasons such as improved fitness or pleasure. Values and aims CADS is a friendly and supportive club with the aim to provide a positive swimming experience for everyone, at all levels within the sport. The club aims to provide the right training from the learn to swim stage all the way through to National level swimmers. It has a highly-qualified coaching and teaching team, with experience in developing swimmers at all levels We aim to help everyone reach their full potential whatever their starting point.

A few words about us at Cyber Benab. We are an online meeting place which aims to increase awareness of cybersecurity through online events, such as weekend bootcamps and intensive training courses. About us Our mission at Cyber Benab is to develop a community of cybersecurity aware enthusiasts and experts with the knowledge to defend critical data and infrastructure for individuals, businesses and government. Dr. Fraser, our Operations Director has developed cybersecurity and computer systems administration training courses for both private sector organisations, such as the Flatiron School in New York, and outreach courses for disadvantaged groups, including retraining for programmes for immigrant engineers at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. More recently, he has contributed to cybersecurity workshops as part of Vaugh’s College CSTEP programme which aims to increase access by minority and economically disadvantaged students to academic programs at the college level in scientific and technical fields. Cyber Benab is one of 108 UK security startup companies nominated to take part in the 2021 Cyber Runway accelerator programme which is sponsored by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). During 2022, Cyber Benab in collaboration with the Digital Policy Alliance and local outreach groups will play a leading role in delivery cybersecurity training to disadvantage groups in the UK starting with the London Borough of Lambeth. In recent years, digitisation has exploded in every aspect of the global economy. This development has increased our reliance on mobile devices to interact with friends and family, work, shopping, news, lifestyle, social media, banking and finance. We have a large selection of affordable pottery suitable for all the family to create your own masterpiece. As some of you know, Pot-Sian was originally located at the 'Green shed' also known as Derw Stores in Caerwedros, which you may recognise from the photos. Unfortunately, we had to close in 2020 due to the pandemic. pottery workshop ceredigionWe are in the process of building a new studio but for the time being, we are offering take-home kits for you to paint in the comfort of your own home. Also, after a successful summer last year, we will again have a comfortable painting studio within a good sized gazebo in our garden! *This will be available during the summer months (unfortunately, it is not available over Easter). The gazebo caters for family-sized groups of up to 8 people. Booking ahead is required. We will have two 3-hour sessions a day to choose from. 10am - 1pm or 2pm - 5pm. These time slots allow us to clean and sanitize the area and equipment between groups. MOBILE POTTERYMobile Pottery Studio Our mobile pottery studio has in the past attended school fairs, various venues for groups, parties, and corporate events. Our aim is to continue this service. We are Barnardo’s Healthy Minds Wiltshire, run by Barnardo’s and funded by Wiltshire Council. Barnardo’s believes in early intervention, providing support for children and young people before they face more serious mental health issues. With the right support, young people can transform their lives . Growing up is a challenge for everyone, but for some it’s more difficult than others. We offer practical and emotional support so that young people can enter adulthood with the confidence they need to achieve their full potential. We run many services across the UK, supporting young people’s emotional health and wellbeing, from one-to-one counselling to group work and schools-based programmes. This website has lots of information, practical tips and advice about supporting children and young people’s emotional wellbeing. We are here to help young people aged 5-18 registered with a GP in Wiltshire who are experiencing a range of early mental health difficulties through group work, activities in the community and counselling sessions for those young people who need more intensive support. We are also an all year round service and so our support does not stop in school holidays. We welcome referrals from young people, parents, carers and professionals.
