We also know that people with anxiety disorders and co-occurring depression have higher overall symptom severity and worse outcomes compared to either alone. While training and textbooks focus almost exclusively on protocols for treating anxiety and depression is isolation, the reality in practical clinical settings is that many clients present with both conditions. Museums can play an important role in supporting children and young people to learn more about the Climate and Ecological Emergency, to discuss and debate the issues surrounding it, and to get involved with social action to achieve long-term change.
