HAT Projects are architects, planners and enablers for built environment projects. We have a reputation for fresh and imaginative thinking, a collaborative working approach, and a rigorous attention to detail. Our focus is on projects that make a difference – that respond to real needs, allow organisations to thrive sustainably, and create better and more beautiful public environments for all who experience them. We are practical as well as ambitious, and seek to maximize the value that good design and planning can bring, both financial and social. Our design output is enriched by our work as policy-makers, community engagement specialists, co-designers, and self-builders; and vice versa. We work locally and nationally, from large to small projects.

UP Projects curates and commissions public art. The organisation was founded in 2002 by Emma Underhill, with a mission to support artists to make new work that has social relevance, engages communities, encourages learning and enriches the public sphere.  We work collaboratively with artists, communities and partners to create extraordinary projects. Our outlook is international, activating spaces across the globe and in the digital domain. Our work explores the multitude of ways in which people can encounter and connect with contemporary art in unexpected places.     UP Projects reaches millions of people through ambitious public commissions by a diverse selection of artists, informal learning activities, artist-led community engagement and events

Association for Educational Projects Limited (AEPL) aims to promote education of young women.Its educational activities focus on all aspects of human development. AEPL’s educational philosophy fosters the development of one’s character as a foundation for the acquisition of other virtues and skills. Today there are activities sponsored by AEPL in Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth and Hobart. Projects of AEPL are open to all people, regardless of their background. AEPL was founded in 1976 by a group of Sydney residents from a wide variety of backgrounds. Their aim was to establish an association that would sponsor and promote educational projects to meet the needs of Australian society. AEPL is not-for- profit company and a registered charity. AEPL has a Child Protection Policy which is available for download. The Child Protection Officer of AEPL is Gerald Santucci, Director of Snedden Hall & Gallop Lawyers

Since 2003, Patient Voices has been un-earthing and delivering insight from within organisations through story- telling. Patient Voice’s worldwide reputation within the Healthcare sector is long-established and it is here that the unique techniques and rigorous processes of extracting and processing individuals’ stories, have been honed. Today, Patient Voices’ methodologies are recognised by the National Audit Office, among many other major institutions, as a valid and uniquely illuminating method of gathering qualitative data.

lifeline projects

athan is the CEO of LifeLine Projects, an East London based charity dedicated to finding solutions that positively impact the lives of individuals and influence the systems that govern us. Nathan has worked at LifeLine since 2003 and has developed key relationships with schools across East London providing a ‘pastoral partnership’ in the form of mentoring, alternative provision and youth leadership programmes. Nathan also developed and spearheads LifeLine’s award-winning Vision, Identity and Purpose (VIP) Framework, an approach to working with young people, employment seekers, volunteers and parents. Prior to this he worked for the local Children’s Fund as a Community Liaison Officer. He continues to support youth organisations by providing education and mentoring advice and training. Nathan sits on the Health and Wellbeing Board, The Children’s Partnership and is a governor of a local secondary school. He continues to work with young people on a voluntary basis in addition to his day job to ensure that policy and practice remain connected.
