Education and Training Skills (ETS) is a long standing, highly successful South West based independent training provider and registered charity. We provide Apprenticeship provision, adult education, funded training, continuous professional development (CPD) courses and qualifications and executive support services.

j and k training

J and K Training specialise in the delivery of Functional Skills English and maths qualifications predominantly across Tees Valley and County Durham. We have been delivering highly successful programmes for over 13 years with achievement rates in excess of 90%. Our teaching staff are highly experienced and qualified specialists in English and maths. They use their experience and expertise very effectively to engage and motivate learners to make excellent progress and achieve in their learning. We have worked extensively with Jobcentre Plus across the North East for over 9 years and they value the support we provide for their customers in moving them towards employment. Our courses are suitable for those individuals who would like to gain a qualification or update their existing skills. We offer English and maths from Entry Level 1 up to and including Level 2. We work with learners at their own pace, one-to-one or in small groups in local centres. The qualifications can also be delivered on-line. Courses are tailored to meet individual needs and are fully funded subject to eligibility. In October 2020, we commenced delivery of the new Essential Digital Skills qualifications which have been developed to support adults aged 19+ who do not have the basic digital skills that are required for life and work. This course covers: – Using devices and handling information (includes how to store information) Creating and editing Communicating online (such as email, via Social Media) Transacting (buying) online activities Being responsible, safe and legal online

Selecting a secondary school is one of the biggest decisions you will make as a family. I’ve been working at Lutterworth College since 2005. I live in the community, and my children attend one of our feeder primaries. In time, they’ll be attending the College. We provide courses in a number of subjects and deliver them in a learner-centered manner utilising our proprietary learner management system to deliver Ofqual regulated courses, online, in-house and in blended learning formats.

Welcome to our inspirational school that is delivering a unique, quality and individualised High School education to autistic students. Lighthouse School came about through five families with children on the autistic spectrum who had identified a great demand for a school that specifically met the needs of students on the autistic spectrum. Our vision was to create a school where students can thrive, where their needs are fully understood and met, where learning is individualised and aligned to their destination, and where the environment supports their specific learning styles. We want to enable our students to develop independence, a true sense of their own self-worth and the capacity to contribute to society and live a full and happy life. The Government’s Free School Programme gave us the ideal vehicle to turn the vision into reality and we were fortunate to be the first Special Free School in the country to open its doors in September 2012.

We’re a local social enterprise based in the heart of Wembley. Our ethos hearkens back to our Christian roots, and we believe everyone has a purpose, a unique gift. This gift can be utilised to make a change. A difference in society. Education is one of the few industries that has not gone through a significant revolution in the last 30 years. We believe the world, society, and individuals, in general, have moved with the times; education has fallen behind in a rapidly changing world. Our mission is to facilitate a new way of learning by recognising young people with gifts and providing support to help students reach their full potential. As an organisation, we use our skills from running sports and youth clubs to engage those hard-to-reach young people, such as those who struggle in mainstream school settings. In addition, we use resources and specialist skills provided by Edclass for a complete curriculum ranging from Business studies to Physical Education. Edclass has over 12,000 lessons to choose from, focusing on GCSEs, Functional skills and academic BTECs. We also offer vocational courses and work experience alongside our GCSE scheme, helping students become more versatile in their current skillset and build confidence.

Pendynas was established in 2018 following the identification of a need for more academic and care provision to support young people in Cornwall. We provide a genuinely teacher-led solution to schools’ and the Local Authorities need for ensuring all young people access educational provision. Our provision has broadened and we now offer a wider range of services that include: KS2 Student Support KS3 - KS5 Tuition in a range of subjects Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT ASDAN Short Courses and Qualifications Wraparound Care and Enrichment Activities The Prince's Trust TEAMS Mentoring & Coaching Enhanced transition work Adult Training Courses / CPD We pride ourselves on being organic in our approach to young people where they are central to the provision which is built around them. From our hubs in Redruth, Cornwall and Derriford, Plymouth we are able to cover all geographical areas in Cornwall and West Devon. Pendynas is an approved provider of Cornwall Council and Plymouth City Council. We are proud to work jointly with a range of organisation. Within our Plymouth hub we work with Leadership for Life and between us we are able to resource, design and deliver agile education support packages that meet the ever changing needs of young people.

Flexible and online learning schedule.Education Inspires Change LD Training was established as an Independent Training Provider within the further education sector in 2009, offering bespoke vocational learning to adult learners helping both individuals and organisations fulfil their potential through nationally accredited training programmes/qualifications, with our Head Office based in Edgware and now Stanmore. LD Training provides access education qualification opportunities within a flexible delivery model that enables students to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their professional goals, improve the productivity of their organisations and provide leadership and service to their communities, as stated within the mission of the organisation. Over the past 12 years, LD Training has successfully delivered over 12000 qualifications, across various sectors including; business; management; health and social care; early years; education; hospitality; retail; construction and functional skills, from Entry level through to Level 5 and specialises in providing education to hard to reach communities. Having become a well-established organisation in the Government funded training sector, LD Training diversified into tertiary education in 2019 in order to strengthen its portfolio and to provide ongoing career progression opportunities for our alumni. In this regard, LDT secured a collaborative partnership agreement with Leeds Trinity University to offer a BA (Hons) Business and Management with a Foundation Year in Business from September 2019 at our campuses in London (Stanmore), Dudley and Nottingham. Following the successful delivery of our Leeds Trinity Partnership, we were successful in our approach to the University of Suffolk for a second collaborative partnership in order to provide our students with a greater choice of education pathway utilising a Foundation Year. LD Training (LDT) firmly believe in lifelong learning, and that everyone should have the opportunity to further their education, chase their dreams and be given a supportive and accommodating environment in which to flourish.
