Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training (IYTT) is unique amongst teacher training courses.  We offer an incisive, thoughtful and intelligent approach to yoga teacher training, driven by the most current scientific developments in anatomy and movement research. Delivered by an elite group of senior yoga teachers at the top of their field, IYTT offers a spacious, immersive modular structure which provides time and space for profound learning, integration and growth.  Each of the teaching team draws on decades of practical experience of yoga, including particularly the work of Vanda Scaravelli and somatic, embodied practices. Described by some as radical and provocative, this approach to practice demands a fundamental shift in our practice and teaching. > "The IYTT programme has radically liberated my movement practice and expanded > the way I hold space for others. Caithness

Caithness flagstone is a Devonian sandstone, named after the Northern Scottish county in which it is most abundant and famous for its jet black appearance when polished. The flagstone is unrivalled in its versatility and durability, as a result of this, it can be found around the world in paving, architecture and, more recently, interiors. We've spent a long time getting to know the properties of this fascinating material and discovering how best to apply its exceptional properties to stylish and practical solutions for modern living interior and exterior projects. All quarrying, processing, hand finishing and quality control checks are done by us at source in Caithness, shipping orders around the UK and beyond. Over 25 years' combined experience means we know exactly which layer to extract and how to cut and finish the stone to ensure a stunning end product. Caithness flagstone was formed some 370 million years ago as result of subsidence and deposition in a structural basin known as the Orcadian Cuvette, also known as Lake Orcadia. The material was believed to have been discovered by Stoneage farmers who used it to structure their impressive tombs. In the 19th century the Caithness flagstone industry was buoyant, and the material was shipped all over the world from 11 major quarries in Caithness. It was during this time that the 'Spittal beds' were discovered to contain the finest grade material for strength and durability combined. Norse Stone operates two quarries in Caithness - Lieurary and Banniskirk, both are located near the village of Halkirk. These are within the Spittal beds, giving us access to the best Caithness flagstone available.

Bletchley

Having been in the upholstery game for thirty plus years, I have learnt to appreciate the true beauty of furniture and how it is made. In particular the more vintage styles, they are robust comfortable and built to last ; unlike a lot of the modern items on the market today. For me personally they are a lot more stylish and have a lot more character. For these reasons I am very passionate about bringing them all back to life and take great pleasure in the restoration of every single piece . I would rather take My time to do this, than see so much of it thrown away to landfill, especially when I am aware of the quality and structure of frames and know that it is just a matter of a little Tlc!. Furniture restoration is not always about a more cost effective option, so this is something that needs to be considered when choosing re-upholstery verses buying new. The whole idea is about putting your own stamp on a piece of furniture, for example , Does it have sentimental value, is it too good to part with ,how long will it last. These are all perfectly understandable questions and I can tell you that yes it sometimes will be the same cost as buying new or even more, however once you have invested in having the work done , we can reassure you that every care will be taken to provide you with the best quality service and workmanship, right from choosing your fabrics and any other finer details subject to requirement, ensuring you will be 100% happy and satisfied with the end result .
