East of England Training are located between Stowmarket and Diss and deliver HSE-compliant courses such as First Aid, Health & Safety and Food Safety throughout East Anglia, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire as well as further afield. Our clients include national and local business, schools and communities with courses being delivered both indoors and out in sometimes very remote environments. Following 25 years in the military police, Andy Davidson retrained as a compliance trainer and formed East of England Training to bring together all the courses that he offers. Andy loves working with people of all ages, experiences and backgrounds and gets a real buzz from their participation and enjoyment. Some of his groups have included: WI organisations, school staff, Forest School and Outdoor Learning practitioners, government organisations, charities, new parents and grandparents and children of school age. Every course is tailored to clients’ needs and all of the courses that you see on this website can be styled to suit your individual requirements. A large proportion of Andy’s time is spent writing and delivering bespoke courses for clients. You can see the range of courses currently offered, but this is growing and developing all the time. Award winning fresh cream fudge The Fudge Can was founded in Watford, Hertfordshire back in 2014 by owner, Director and life long fudge fanatic Joanne (Originally from St Neots, Cambridgeshire) and started life as a small charity stall in the town centre and as a part-time hobby/mission to bring 'proper' crumbly handmade fudge to fellow fudge fans. The unique award-winning recipe and methods were developed after years of experimentation, failures and lots and lots of burnt saucepans! The first batches of fudge were given as Christmas gifts back in December 2013 to friends, the feedback from those early batches was so positive and encouraging that The Fudge Can was born and registered as a food business.

As a young adult, my passion for the perfect pieces of jewellery for me saw me travelling to craft fairs and designer shows in the search for something just right. I rarely found what I wanted. In 1999, whilst I was a teacher of biology, I attended a local jewellery making evening class with the intention of making the collections that I really wanted to wear. That was the start of everything you will see on this site. My love affair with jewellery blossomed and I was inspired by that first evening to enroll on short specialist courses and I started to read books...lots and lots of books! I started to make and sell my jewellery on a part time basis, whilst still teaching. In 2002, I made two moves: I moved with my husband, two young children and labrador dog to the Cambridgeshire countryside whilst at the same time moving out of teaching and into making and selling my jewellery full time. From those beginnings, I'm proud to say that that I continue to personally design all the collections in the KFD Jewellery range, and they are all hand crafted in my Cambridgeshire workshop. For the past 20 plus years I've pursued my dream and passion of creating beautiful and elegant handcrafted jewellery that ladies love. My wish is that every piece of jewellery I've created helps you feel unique, sophisticated and stylish whenever you wear it. My more recent collection are infused with meaning as well as looking beautiful. Jewellery that resonates with you is more likely to be jewellery that feels authentically you.

English Artist, Sarah Madsen attended Central Saint Martins School of Art & Design in London, England. There she gained a BA Hons Degree in Jewellery Design. This interest in 3D Design was quite a different direction from her first love of Fine Art. The Desire to follow figurative art has been a constant theme throughout her life as an artist. In 1992 the artist received a Travel Bursary from The Royal Society of British Sculptors on a Medal Design. She has also exhibited at various locations such as the Mall Galleries in London, Silvermine Art Centre in Connecticut and also at Steven Whyte Figurative Sculpture Studio in Carmel, California, USA. After 12 years of living in various locations in the USA. Sarah returned to the U.K in 2013 and started her business "Sarah Madsen Jewellery." “It all started from drawing, always drawing. This all eventually lead to starting my Jewellery business from the kitchen table. (With a family of 4 children, you can only imagine, I grew quickly off the idea of mealtimes.) To thankfully now, a full Jewellery workshop/garden studio in the wilds of Cambridgeshire. Raw materials are transformed by using traditional metalworking techniques such as hammering, filing, stone setting, wax carving and soldering. I create every single item by hand. Pursuing an organic, floral and figurative style. I'm always trying to create a classic or "living feeling" piece (such as the Tiaras.) My aim is to bring quality and design together, to produce carefully crafted Jewellery work that is of heirloom and artistic merit. I feel extremely proud that I'm able to be part of the importance of keeping our skills as craftsmen alive here in the U.K. "
