We started out as the training department of a very large insurance business and
developed into a fantastic infrastructure training 1,200 employees. Over time, a
gap in the market was identified: smaller businesses who don’t have the
resources for in-house trainers and who were at mercy of “off the shelf”
providers. In 2012 – the year of the London Olympics - we opened up our training
facility to the rest of the market, helping hundreds of insurance professionals
take their careers “higher, faster, further”! At the time, we had one key
guiding principle: keep it affordable and keep it accessible.
