Craft Supplies - Workshops - Parties - Events - Community - Business BellaCrafts was established by Belinda Sampson (Poore) and actually started as just a small selection of handmade items such as cards, candles and jewellery being sold at her previous full time job! From there, our first premise opened as a small shed but we quickly grew to provide a relaxed, friendly Craft Centre full of beautiful beads and creative crafts offering space that can be used by adults and children to allow their imaginations to flow. In 2019 we expanded to open our second centre in Kings Walk, Winchester! Our new centre features a lot of the same great workshops and products as Fair Oak but also offers private hire spaces, our own tea rooms and lots of exciting new activities too. Our unique Craft Centres offer not only a lovely shopping experience for all your craft materials but also a chance to take a seat and craft or leave the children to be entertained whilst you relax. We are renowned for providing a super setting for children and adults, groups, individuals, community and businesses. We run workshops for adults and children every day and just love to see new faces, those travelling from afar and our regulars. No two days are the same! We can travel to your place of work or home to bring our activities and crafting to you. We offer a different, friendly shopping experience where we will always go that extra mile for our customers. Come and browse, take a seat, craft, relax and enjoy your experience. We also offer our crafting activities to businesses and local events. Book us to provide crafting activities, family fun area or organised workshops for your business or event!

Take a look, and contact us for further information and bookings Hannah’s passion for swimming developed at a young age where her commitment to training and natural ability led her to compete at a high level representing the country of Great Britain achieving titles such as: County Champion - various events (still holding 800m and 1500m freestyle records) Midland and district champion - Freestyle, Butterfly and Open water events. National Champion - Freestyle, Butterfly and Open water. Youth Olympic Champion - Freestyle and Butterfly. British Champion - 5000m Freestyle indoor and Open water events. London

HOME / ABOUT Welcome to the New Garden Cities Alliance We are an alliance of organisations – commercial and not-for-profit – and as well as individuals – dedicated to promote the formation of new, genuine Garden Cities. Our aim is to work in partnership with existing bodies to establish standards for Garden Cities that Britain can be proud of. Also to establish exemplars for an environmentally sustainable society that promotes the wellbeing of all citizens. In particular we wish to set minimum standards for Garden Cities: 1. Being applied to establish new settlements or for transforming existing urban precincts; 2. To integrate the design of their invisible architecture of ownership, control and funding with their visible architecture to promote the common good; 3. That requires mutual ownership of all land to capture and share its value on negotiable basis with all residents be they homeowners or tenants; 4. To attracts investors, entrepreneurs, established and new businesses to add value to the community on basis that equitably shares any profits in excess of the incentive to invest; 5. With the capacity to become largely self-reliant in regards to the basic needs of its residents for water, food and energy and value adding activities to sustain citizen prosperity in perpetuity; 6. That inspires citizens, leaders, community groups, planners, architects and all other stakeholders to work together to a common vision of an ecologically sustainable, fair and equitable society. The New Garden Cities Alliance has been tasked by the signatories of the Letchworth Garden City Declaration to create a movement and organise the consensus to setup the mechanisms so that an agreed definition of what a Garden City is can take root and we can give new settlements the confidence to call themselves ‘Garden Cities’ if they meet a set of agreed social, planning and architectural criteria.

I work as a wellbeing coach and specialist autism support worker guiding, supporting and empowering the people I work with to live the best lives they can. I aim to be a a catalyst in individuals transformation, ushering souls towards their fullest potential and most authentic and integrated versions of self. I believe that every person has the potential to actualise a life with wellbeing, purpose and deep meaning at the forefront; with the right resources, support and self-belief anything is possible. My Integrative Wellbeing Coaching approach comes from a belief that a holistic approach to wellbeing through combining physical, emotional and spiritual well-being is vital to improved long-term wellbeing. I am a 500hr qualified yoga and meditation instructor, with a passion for spirituality and related practices. I have worked in various settings that inform how I work. My work with the charity S.A.N.E on a mental health helpline and W.I.S.H (women in secure hospitals) gave me a deep understanding of lived experiences of mental health. My time in various community settings both in youth and adult services offering support and wellbeing services, has developed my awareness of the factors from our childhood and youth as well as socio-economic and environmental factors that inform the adults we become. In recent year my interest has been in working with individuals and groups to get deeper into the work of creating transformation in their hearts and lives. My practice is informed by my own journey through mental health challenges and addiction recovery. Its my lived experience that gives me a genuine compassion, directness and approachability. Alongside my wellbeing work I work as a Specialist Autism Support Worker with the National Autistic Society. I am passionate about working with the unique strengths and challenges of neuro-diversity, having pursued a late diagnosis of ASD myself in 2017.

Saint Neots

ABOUT US The St. Neots English Centre is a language school that specialises in UK School Integration and Study Holiday Courses for groups of young learners aged 11 to 17 from across the world. The school is situated in the historic Cambridgeshire Market Town of St. Neots, located close to the famous University City of Cambridge. Our Study Holiday courses last between 1 and 4 weeks and can be tailored to meet your requirements. Students are hosted by local families, receive lessons from TEFL qualified English Teachers on site at our own English Centre premises or in a host school. Students take part in afternoon activities such as ten pin bowling, the local trampoline park and they also have the opportunity to take part in varied social and cultural events including visits to London, Oxford, Cambridge and Peterborough. Our School Integration programme involves students spending time in one of 25+ local secondary schools that we currently partner with. Students are ‘buddied’ with an English student of a similar age and accompany them to lessons. They stay with local families in order to experience the English culture first hand and have the opportunity of weekend visits to cities such as London, Cambridge, Oxford and Stratford Upon Avon. Our school is situated in the historic town of St. Neots in Cambridgeshire and overlooks the Market Square on the main High Street. Located within easy reach of London (45 minute train ride) and the vibrant cities of Cambridge and Peterborough (30 mins coach/train trip). St. Neots offers a variety of shops and a traditional market once a week in the bustling town centre. However, if its peace and tranquillity you seek, the town sits right on the banks of the River Great Ouse and its luscious green parks.

In 2019 I decided to pursue my dream of having dog kennels, where I could offer exisiting and new customers a safe and comfortable place for their dogs to stay while they are away. I wanted to create a peaceful surrounding with emphasis on regular attention and proper exercise for my doggie guests. We have a block of 5 spacious kennels each with their own runs. Each dog is let out of their kennel 4 times a day and we are lucky to have a lovely onsite walk where we take the dogs twice a day for their walks. In addition, we now have an onsite 2 acre secure field for dogs who aren't allowed off lead to run and play in. I recognise every dogs needs are different, therefore I offer two packages depending on amount of exercise you wish your dog to get. Please check out the boarding and daycare page for more information. Please note our grooming book is now full and we are not currently taking on any new dogs for grooms.

Priority First Training

priority first training

Dundee,

Priority Care was founded in 1987 by old friends and business partners, Andy Prior Snr. & Benny Reilly when they opened St Vigean’s Care Home in Arbroath. Caring for adults with learning disabilities, their focus from day one was to support and enable their clients in all aspects of their life whilst making them feel completely at home. Over the coming years Ben & Andy continued to develop and improve the company, acquiring and building new care homes in Tayside, Perthshire and Aberdeenshire. One of their proudest moments was opening their first purpose built facility, Harestane Care Home in 1995. Being built in Harestane Rd, Dundee this had a special meaning for Andy who had grown up with his brothers and sisters across the road and had many happy memories of playing along the Dighty Burn. By the late 90’s Andy & Ben’s sons and daughters had joined the family run business in a variety of different roles from caring to building maintenance. Andy’s eldest daughter, Veronica was appointed as Director of the groups care training company in 2005. Co-founder Ben left the company in 2010 after almost 25 years to pursue his passion for antiques opening a large antiques centre in Perthshire. Along with their team, Andy’s eldest son and daughter, Andy & Veronica have run the business since 2011 with a focus on maintaining the high quality of care Priority Care provides. On to its third generation, two of Andy Snr’s grandchildren now work in the homes. After being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease, Andy Snr sadly passed away in Meigle Country House in 2018. Priority Care is his legacy which he, his good friend and family, along with their team, have worked tirelessly to build. Something we are all so proud of today. The Priority Care team is now almost 300 strong and cares for over 200 clients.
