Teach Perfect was founded in 2016 to provide high quality, affordable educational support for students at every stage of the standard national curriculum. Our goal is simple – we want children to reach higher, maximising their talents to achieve the best start in life. Many adults, with the benefit of hindsight will often say the same thing; ‘I wish I had worked harder at school’. We are here to make sure that happens. The workplace is increasingly selective and every student needs to be ready to compete for the roles they want in life. Our founder, Sarah Eden-Ellis, is a passionate and driven teacher. Her discipline is English and she has had a long career as Head of English in Ofsted-rated outstanding schools and academies. She is also an expert examiner for Edexcel marking Key Stage 2 SAT papers, for AQA marking the new GCSE specifications in English and for Edexcel marking English Language IGCSE papers. She is a Specialist Leader of Education in the Poole area, providing coaching support for English departments in other secondary schools. Her own teaching standards have been rated as outstanding. Sarah is supported by a professional team who also have the same drive to enable students to achieve beyond their own expectations. As Teach Perfect matures, we will add more subjects to our learning programme and more teaching professionals will join us. However, we will never lose sight of our mission, which is to ensure every one of our students is taught by an exceptional tutor and their life chances are improved.

The Venn HearmyVoice programme is a coaching and mentoring service designed to promote the development and empowerment of individuals and groups which will lead to big changes being made in the empowerment of primary school to university- level students. It will encourage participants to own their learning. It can also be tailored to suit people in the workplace, and help managers develop their leadership skills. The HearmyVoice student programme is aimed at students from 9 to 25 years old, and starts with a 32-question diagnostic survey, which is an online questionnaire, with eight possible categories, based around the outcomes. From here, the six-week intensive coaching begins, which is tailored around the results to the survey to suit the individual. Once a profile has been established, an adult coach will be assigned for the duration of the course. The HearmyVoice adult programme is designed with the adult in mind. It is aimed at workers with a view to empowerment and self-regulation in the workplace. HearmyVoice has been designed to improve individuals’ aspirations whilst also supporting self-regulation and empowerment in young people and adults. It is primarily aimed for use within the education sector, but can be tailored for use within the workplace. The programme supports organisations to improve performance processes, with the focus on finding solutions rather than reacting to problems. The six-week intensive training can be completed online or face-to-face and can be one-to-one or in larger groups or teams.

We offer the finest watersports learning experience in all of Mexico! We are located on the gorgeous shores of La Ventana Bay in Baja California Sur. We offer Kiteboaridng and Wing Foiling lessons starting in November as soon as the north winds start in La Ventana. After the winter season we move up to Canada and teach on the beautiful Nitinat Lake located on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. 1-ON-1 PRIVATE LESSONS If you are serious about learning how to kiteboard then this is the way to go. Once your ground training is done it will be just your and your instructor armed with a seadoo, right next to you and ready to help. Best instruction and safest lessons that are available. WATERCRAFT ASSISTED Your IKO Certified Instructor will be coaching you, re-assuring you and keeping you safe all while being close enough to talk to you. You will get immediate feedback for optimal learning as well as boosted confidence with your instructor being your eyes and ears as you get better. CUSTOM LEARNING Our reputation has been built on our values, to teach each student independently giving them the opportunity to learn at their own pace. Word of mouth is our best advertisement and we will keep our students safe and happy as they journey into the world of kitebording. SAFE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT Nitinat Lake offers warm waters and steady thermal winds from May through September and mostly blows between 15 to 25 knots. These conditions are perfect for learning how to kiteboard!
