Our vision is for a society in which violent systems are replaced by ones that produce social justice. Project 507's mission is to contribute to the transformation of systems that generate violence and perpetuate cycles of trauma so that fewer people are harmed. We do this by: - Delivering programmes that support young people affected by violence to process adverse experiences and develop an informed sense of self. - Providing training, resources, reflective practice, and support for professionals, leaders and decision-makers to develop their own practice in ways that reduce systemic violence. - Accepting invitations by policymakers to research and consult to legislate in further ways that dismantle systematic violence. - Calling attention to harmful institutional practice, while offering solutions and space for collaboration.
