I specialise in the Mind-Body connection and the biobehavioural factors that influence mental and physical health. My approach is rooted in psychoneuroimmunology which explains the connection between the mind, nervous system and the immune system. I work with people of all ages in various settings empowering them to understand their behaviour from the inside out. When you view behaviour through this lens it makes more sense and when we know better we can do better. I work 1:1 with children, adolescents and adults and provide training in various settings. (see options in Services) My work is a fusion of mind and body techniques that improve mental and physical well-being and optimise performance. I provide training in this approach at conferences and corporate events across the country. With extensive experience in behaviour and trauma-informed training, anxiety and stress management and performance coaching, I plan for the most inclusive outcomes for immediate and long-term goals in every setting.

Welcome We are a unique performing arts organisation with the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to develop themselves creatively, irrelevant of background or age. We work to create caring and safe spaces where children, teenagers and adults can learn and develop together, growing in confidence and self-esteem whilst developing their creativity and skills. The core of our work includes delivering community performing arts classes for all, alternative education opportunities and drama and creative therapy and wellbeing sessions. Working closely with professionals and teachers, we offer skills training, support and consultancy in using our tried and tested ways of working. Our team are constantly being innovative and engaged in the theatre, arts and education industry; from consultancy to performing and directing. We offer a wide range of skills to all those we work with, whilst making sure we stay current to the needs of the areas we work in. Focused on improving the lives of those directly in our community through arts and culture, we have a mix of paid services and funded community projects. All our paid for services help us to connect better with those most in need, offering opportunities in performance, education, health and wellbeing and fitness to the communities around us. Stage 1: Hayley Poppleton, a qualified teacher from Cambridge University studied the impacts of tuition on student engagement and performance. Her dissertation found small-group tuition, delivered in-person, develops students' critical thinking and analytical skills far beyond one-to-one learning. The small-group environment creates a positive, competitive space, for the 'best learning' to be shared amongst students meaning each child hears the 'best response', the 'best answer' or the 'best method' from their peers. This practice increases the working grades of the group, who subsequently out-performed students receiving one-to-one tuition. Stage 2: Hayley further investigated how specific learning techniques in the small-groups could progress students further. Hayley found when tuition was delivered in a fun, engaging and hands-on way, making resources tangible and memorable students were significantly more engaged, remembered the learnt materials for longer periods and performed better than students who learnt from online resources. Her dissertation and findings received a distinction and an honoury message from the Dean at Cambridge University's Education Faculty. Stage 3: Other parents started to notice the improvement in their child from Hayley's small-group tuition method which led to Elite Tuition Cambridge. Today, we have helped over 115 students in Cambridgeshire by getting them to love the learning experience and progress beyond their targets.

Aspire Gymnastics Academy has been proudly operating within the London Borough of Havering since April 2006. Aspire aim to provide a safe, effective and child-friendly environment in which the members can participate in Gymnastic activities under the guidance of appropriately qualified coaches. We operate an open philosophy and welcome the support of parents and guardians. Wherever possible we will enable you to observe training sessions provided that it does not contravene our Health and Safety regulations. We also encourage and value parental involvement in the club. The members of the club are organised into groups according to their age, gender, ability, experience and individual needs, and coaches will be pleased to discuss the training programmes and your child’s needs with you. We provide a child/member centred, coach led programme and will endeavour to help your child develop to their optimum level of performance. Our coaches are all British Gymnastics qualified coaches at the appropriate level and have been screened for their suitability to work with children. A Welfare Officer is appointed by the club to deal with any safety issues. The club has adopted the British Gymnastics policies for Child Protection, Equity and Codes of Conduct and all officials, coaches, members and parents must adhere to these policies. Aspire has also received the “Gym Mark” accreditation which recognises our club as achieving an excellent standard against strict criteria.

Providing information, news, events, community activities, schools of study and online prospectus for the conservatoire and arts centre.Exceptional Education Alongside the pioneering Bachelor of Music with Honours, the RNCM Undergraduate School includes the ground-breaking Bachelor of Music with Honours in Popular Music (the UK’s first four-year degree in this subject) and the Graduate Diploma of the RNCM (a specialised programme for busy performers and intelligent musical thinkers run in partnership with The University of Manchester). Revalidated in 2021, these programmes offer flexibility to create bespoke packages that fully support future career aspirations. They also complement the RNCM Graduate School, which provides a stimulating environment for advanced studies in performance (including conducting), composition, musicology, music psychology, and music education. Additionally, the College is home to Junior RNCM, a vibrant community of gifted young musicians aged eight to 18. Each Saturday during term time, they study with exceptional tutors, perform with like-minded people, learn transferrable skills for life, and create a solid platform for further study at a conservatoire or university.
