Due to ongoing Health and Safety precautions we are limiting class sizes to 8 people, for all of our sessions, for the time being. PPE (face shields, gloves and aprons) and hand sanitiser will be available for all of our workshops. Tea and coffee making facilities will be available but you are also welcome to bring your own refreshments or pop to one of our local cafes or bakeries.

Come and join us for a day of weaving with willow with Travelling Weaver Sophie. Together we’ll spend the day learning the different techniques and ways of weaving to get the best from this natural material, creating your very own willow planter for inside or outside. Can be planted directly with a liner or a suitable size pot inserted. Handcrafted small cork handles will be supplied. Suitable for all, no previous experience necessary. All materials included.

Make an amazing 5' tall living willow sculpture for your garden from freshly cut live willow. Your sculpture will continue to grow for years, simple maintence retains the size and shape whilst providing new deep red withies for you to cut and weave with each year. You will learn some basic weaving techniques and learn about how the willow is grown and processed. No experience necessary, bring a light weight pair of gardening gloves  Plant pot and compost supplied. Refreshments are included.
