I'm a qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher and have specialised in Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs and am also a qualified children's practitioner and parental adviser. I have been teaching Yoga for 11 years and have been practicing Yoga for 19 years. I aspire to take Yoga out into the community and within the schools that I support. I currently teach Yoga classes in Tendring and I support children through Stress Busters in local schools. I also run groups that support Emotional and Social well-being. Yoga & Stress Busters is for everybody, it is about Mind, Body and Spirit. It is about positive conduct to ourselves and others and it promotes good self-esteem.
