How we help the UK pharmaceutical sector The UK pharmceutical sector is highly regulated, highly specialised and highly competitive. But we believe these three factors are not mutually exclusive. What it takes to be rigidly compliant in an operation is the same as what it takes to be relentlessly focused on high quality output. Attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of the detail are both required corporate traits. SeerPharma UK has an extensive knowledge of the detail of the regulatory environment and can communicate this effectively to those staff in key positions within your business. We also have a deep knowledge of the quality and productivity tools and techniques your business needs to succeed. So whether that’s improving your compliance history with the regulator, differentiating yourself against national and international competition or driving greater profitability from your operation, we can help you reach your goals. Part of something much bigger SeerPharma UK is the European centre of SeerPharma which has extensive coverage across Asia-Pacific. There is much regulatory convergence across UK & European and Asia-Pacific pharmaceutical compliance and we frequently share knowledge and materials with our colleagues in the Australian Head Office. How we go about our business Our philosophy can be summarised as follows: Understanding the Regulations is good, but understanding the Regulator is, we believe, the gold standard. As former MHRA inspectors we have both the insight and practical understanding of the regulatory regime as well as practical knowledge of how those regulations are interpreted. Our aim is to share that inside knowledge to help you compete successfully in the regulated environments of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices and related industries. Our technical partners in the UK We work with a range of organisations in the UK to provide our clients with the breadth and depth of knowledge required in this highly regulated and competitive market.

When I experienced kinesiology for digestive issues, it literally changed my life for the better. My digestive discomfort disappeared, I had more energy and felt the recommendations given for dietary choices improved my health and wellbeing. From that moment, I was determined to learn and train as a Kinesiologist to support friends, family and clients with health conditions. Having practised kinesiology for over 10 years, I have supported clients with varying health problems including digestive, fertility, hormonal, stress, structural/joint issues, skin conditions as well as clients in pain. I love seeing the progress of individuals who have felt the benefit of the session. I give guidance and support for lifestyle and nutritional changes so clients can make informed decisions on improving their health and wellbeing. I am also passionate about delivering both the Foundation and Diploma courses in kinesiology. I provide personalised courses to suit all levels of expertise and tailor the course to suit your individual needs and requirements. Whether it's learning the foundation course to add muscle response testing and techniques to current qualification or for supporting family and friends, foundation Kinesiology is a great starting point for balanced health. Moving forward onto the professional Diploma qualification is also an option as a new career opportunity. It is fantastic to see students I have taught, grow to become confident practitioners, progressing into their own specialised careers, often moving forward onto learning the diploma!

Rigpa UK

rigpa uk

London

Rigpa Fellowship was founded in 1979 by Sogyal Rinpoche, a Buddhist teacher from Tibet, who was also the author of The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. Rigpa has the gracious patronage of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and each national Rigpa association has charitable and non-profit status. Meditation and Compassion through to traditional Buddhist studies Our courses and programmes share simple meditation techniques and methods for training in compassion, which have been developed over centuries, yet help us deal with the challenges of everyday life. Meditation and compassion have been shown to be beneficial in many different ways, including bringing peace of mind, tackling stress, depression and other mental health problems. They can also help us to develop more kindness and warm-heartedness for ourselves, our families and those around us. For those who wish to go deeper into studying and practising Buddhism, Rigpa also offers study and practice programs including courses in the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition of Tibet, a traditional study college (shedra) and short and long practice retreats (drupdra). Inviting teachers of all traditions A unique feature of Rigpa UK’s event programme is that it regularly hosts teachers of all Tibetan Buddhist traditions as well as Buddhist masters of other lineages, and teachers from different spiritual traditions. Such diversity is a continuation of the rimé or ‘non-sectarian’ approach, advocated by Sogyal Rinpoche’s master Jamyang Khyentse Chökyi Lodrö who was an incarnation of one of the initiators of the Rimé movement—the great 19th century master Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. Rigpa UK Booking information: We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any third parties. Event bookings can be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours before the event.

I am a mindfulness and yoga teacher with over 15 years’ experience working in facilitation, personal development, training design and delivery, coaching and wellbeing. I teach yoga, mindfulness and stress management techniques to help people thrive, especially when life is complex and demanding. My passion is helping people live happy and fulfilling lives, do what they love, and make a difference in the world. We all face challenges in a fast-paced world. I work to create moments of stillness and connection that allow you space to breathe and just be. From this place you are free to think clearly and get your life working in the way you want. Whether working with individuals, groups or corporate clients, compassion is at the heart of what I do. I believe that self-care can be a radical act that transforms our relationship to the world and our place within it, through nurture, rest and deep healing. I know that profound change can happen kindly, through thoughtful enquiry and values-based action. My work is grounded in the integrity of many years of personal practice, study and experience. This in turn supports the values-driven foundation for my work in social and educational inclusion, with a particular focus on equality and inclusion in higher education. I also have experience in facilitating learning across a wide range of settings including schools, universities and workplaces. Picture My current interests are positive psychology; mindfulness based approaches; stress and resilience; creativity; nature connection; and the power of play. I have trained as a mindfulness teacher with the Centre for Mindfulness Research at Bangor University and the Oxford Mindfulness Centre at the University of Oxford, and follow the UK Mindfulness Network Good Practice Guidelines.

Nurturing Minds Mindfulness

nurturing minds mindfulness

London

About Annalise Jones, Founder of Nurturing Minds I created Nurturing Minds from a passionate belief that all children should be provided with the tools to look after their own Mental Health in a positive and healthy way from as young as possible. I believe that this is the key to preventing the World's Mental Health crisis from becoming anymore severe. The harsh reality of today's society shows that 1 in 6 children and young people aged between 5-16 have a diagnosable Mental Health problem, whilst 70% of these children and young people are not getting the appropriate interventions that they need at an early age (ONS, 2020). The truth is that there isn't enough services to teach our children what they need to know about their Minds and how to look after them. So I made it my mission to do just that! Nurturing Minds uses Creative Mindfulness techniques to teach children, and their parents, about their emotions, feelings and behaviours and how these all link together to form our mind. The aim of this is to create a toolbox of resources that children and parents can access at any time in their lives. These experiences of Mindfulness will help support healthy brain development and will give children and their parents a chance to actively support their emotional regulation, which will in turn, promote positive Mental Health and Well-being. Using my knowledge of child development from my degree in Early Childhood Studies, as well as my experience working with children and families of all ages, I have developed an inclusive and welcoming environment for people to learn about their minds and to help them feel the benefits of Mindfulness on their own lives, just like I have felt it on mine.
