Aerial and Circus Arts Studio based in Surrey!Welcome to CirqueScape! Do you want to get stronger, meet new friends, increase your confidence, or just learn a fun new skill? Come on down and join in the fun! Whether it’s your first time trying circus classes or you’re already a seasoned pro, we’re looking forward to meeting you! The two broad disciplines in trapeze are swinging and static. Our classes are in a form of static trapeze, which means we let the trapeze hang straight down without swinging on it. Both of the ropes are rigged from the same point in our classes, meaning that the ropes and bar form a large triangle shape and the trapeze can spin freely on the rigging point. This setup is commonly referred to as a “dance trapeze” setup. Our classes focus on making shapes on the equipment and moving through sequences, gradually building your skills as you get stronger and more confident. But these sessions will also help you build relevant strength and knowledge to give you a headstart if you ever decided to give flying trapeze a go in the future. People are often surprised by how much they achieve in their first trapeze session. So if you’re not sure if you’ll have enough strength for it, why not just come down and give it a go? We’re very friendly, we have a lot of fun, and you might just surprise yourself along the way!

They are City & Guilds qualified with Diplomas in Specialist Rescue and many years of experience working to train others to minimise their risk and the risk that may be posed to others. The Experience All our safety team members and instructors have years of experience in rescue work with the emergency services. They have spent decades training, maintaining safety and performing rescues in some of the most challenging and dangerous locations. Their backgrounds are as varied as sport climbing, caving and on site engineering, and as such understand the problems relating to site management.

The QIDTI Association was founded by John Rogerson and his International Associates to recognise Instructors around the world who have demonstrated the requisite level of professional instructing and or advising skill, personal expertise and understanding of canine training and behaviour The QIDTI Association works on a voluntary basis, encouraging all Instructors to gain the international standard set by the QIDTI Award. All those that meet that standard are invited to join our membership listing as a 'Qualified International Dog Training Instructor' for free to promote it, and those that wish to promote our aims and or work towards meeting that standard may join as a Supporting / Student member. The QIDTI Association supports 'national registration', and considers formal 'Affiliation' with the 'Registration Council for Dog Training & Behaviour Practitioners' (RCDTBP) is the way forward, to protect the public from what is currently an unregulated industry. The RCDTBP was officially founded to hold and manage the registers of Signatories to the nationally agreed 'CAWC Dog Behaviour & Training Code of Practice (2010). The CAWC Code was developed through a series of meetings organised by the Companion Animal Welfare Council (CAWC), following the publication of a national report on dog training & behaviour services in the UK (2008). The Code was agreed by the many industry dog training, behaviour and welfare groups concerned, as a workable document to regulate and improve canine services nationally, with the aim of uniting all individuals and industry organisations under it.

Well Minerva was the Goddess of Art & Trade and she seemed a very appropriate figurehead for a business based around sharing knowledge about art. What do we do? Our interests. We stock Annie Sloan & Polyvine Paints - available for Click & Collect. Founded by Artist Lottie Cole we host masterclasses taught by artists and artisans as well as regular weekly classes. All the classes are taught by professional full-time practitioners, who love to share their knowledge and skill. The classes are open to all levels, unless stated, and kept to a very limited number. This keeps the classes intimate and allows for everyone to have sufficient help and encouragement in a friendly atmosphere. As well as learning and expanding skills our goal is to send participants away refreshed and invigorated by sharing a creative experience. London Skills for Growth has now merged with London South East Colleges. From 31 August this site will no longer be available. London Skills for Growth was established as a charity to directly respond to the growing number of young people leaving school without the necessary skills to enter the world of work. It aimed to support young people and those furthest from education and employment. Since its’ establishment it has has created brighter futures, supporting thousands of young people on their journey to employment. None of these achievements would have been possible without the continued support of our employers and students. Going forward, London Skills for Growth will continue to further its charitable objectives through London South East Colleges by delivering a range of education and training programmes, including Traineeships and Apprenticeships, across a range of areas.
