In this summer session we will be exploring the FIRE element through heart centred Qi-Gong. Imagine bare-feet on the grass, absorbing the morning sunlight on your skin, serenaded by the sounds of the forest and smells of fresh blossom filling the air. Let yourself be supported and grounded by nature all around us. Emma will guide us through a gentle yet powerful Qi-Gong practice, a form of movement meditation helping to clear out energetic blockages so you can feel more connected with your deeper self. In this summer session we will explore what is know as the three treasures; Jing (Essence), Qi (Energy), Shen (Mind-Spirit).
