Parts Therapy for Inner Conflict Resolution: An Effective Hypnosis Technique Parts Therapy is a powerful hypnosis method designed to help clients overcome inner conflicts and self-sabotage, especially when they struggle to achieve goals or break habits. Developed by hypnotherapy pioneer Charles Tebbetts, Parts Therapy has been refined by experts like Roy Hunter and Bruce Eimer, PhD, ABPP, who provide immersive, experiential workshops for hypnotherapists. In Parts Therapy, different aspects of a person’s subconscious—often thought of as "parts" or roles—are addressed to resolve conflicts. This client-centered technique is effective in cases where other hypnosis methods fall short, and helps clients move past obstacles by harmonizing these parts. Learning Parts Therapy equips hypnotherapists with tools to facilitate transformative sessions through an 11-step protocol, ideomotor techniques, and integration processes. Workshops cover key areas, including Parts Therapy fundamentals, client preparation, and practical application, along with specialized uses such as pain management and grief resolution. Hypnotherapists gain skills through live demonstrations and role-playing exercises.

During this day workshop you will be shown the techniques to create your very own bezel set ring. You will learn to set a cabochon stone (stones with a curved top and completely flat base). This is an excellent introduction to stone setting for those who have always wished to learn to set stones. For those with some experience, you can create a more detailed ring which explores textures and more advanced design techniques. WHEN: Saturday 26th October 10-5pm WHERE: Workshop 925 based at The Mayford Centre, just outside of Woking and very close to Guildford. Unit F9 The Mayford Centre, Mayford Green Woking, Surrey  GU22 0PP TUTOR: Kirsten Hendrich WHAT DOES THE DAY INVOLVE? During this day workshop you will be shown the techniques to create your very own bezel set ring. You will learn to set a cabochon stone (stones with a curved top and completely flat base). We will have some stones available to choose at the workshop, however feel free to bring along any stones you may wish to set. Time and materials allow you to create one ring. Some stones might not be suitable due to size or shape, so please be aware if you do bring along your own stones, it might not be suitable for the setting technique but we will advise you on the day. Stones shouldn’t be smaller than 8-10mm for those new to setting as they can be hard to work with and is it harder to see the processes involved in setting. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: None, all abilities are welcomed. We support you throughout the session and provide demonstrations to show you the techniques and steps needed to create your project. CLASS SIZE: 7 WHAT IS INCLUDED? All tools and consumables are supplied YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH: 2xm x 2cm 0.5mm silver sheet 15cm bezel strip 5mm high one stone 10cm 2mm silver round wire WHAT TO BRING: For safety reasons, during each class, you are required to wear appropriate footwear, we request that no open toed shoes are worn within Workshop 925. Long hair should also be tied back when working with the equipment. You may also wish to bring a notebook. We have handouts for many demonstrations, but there are always many tips and tricks given verbally by the tutor, which some might like to keep note of. Also pack your own lunch, snacks and drinks for the session. We regret we can’t offer tea and coffee at the moment due to Coronavirus so make sure you bring enough refreshments and supplies to keep you going during the day.
