My story starts with the toughest year I had ever experienced: A miscarriage at
11 weeks having had menstrual issues for 20 years & subsequently suffered with
mental health problems. I was signed off from work & for that year I focused on
me. Exploring a variety of alternative therapies, waiting and wanting to be
fixed. I also put my mind to projects around the home and garden, which became a
sanctuary for me and our cat Moo, and we became therapy for each other. But all
of a sudden, it was as if the universe was listening to me & heard my plea, I’d
found hope and faith that there was a reason to continue; dōTERRA came late
October, and Reiki and Crystal Therapy came mid November. These both gave me the
holistic medicine tools which I'll carry with me for life and have since evolved
into a low-waste, low-tox, and rather empowering lifestyle. So I welcome you to
my site, to my life & to how these methods, products and habits have genuinely
