This area covers children aged 24 months to 36 months. Your child will receive a
key person, the childminder who will adapt their learning and care needs to meet
the individual child’s needs and interests. The key person will personalise the
structured routine to adapt to each child’s progression in development, boosting
the key areas as well as supporting the early stages of literacy and mathematics
in your child’s learning. This can be through using a range of resources such as
story bags, song baskets, numeracy activities, sand, water, etc.
