Pass Move Grin was founded with one coach and one player and has grown to run different centres with some excellent coaches joining our staff. PMG is an award winning company that works with over 150 players per week. We currently run three sessions a week, working with players from 4-18years old, some of which have previously travelled from Leicester, Derby, and Lincoln due to our values, reputation, and quality training. PMG’s philosophy focuses on building better people first and foremost as this is the foundation of success, in life or sport. We use football as a method to teach life skills, such as the value of persistence, building resilience, communication skills, leadership skills and having a positive attitude. Our sessions are run for players to ‘Learn, Enjoy, Improve’, a motto of PMG that all coaches buy into. We at PMG have created a challenging but caring environment, where players are pushed to be better, more respectful, work hard as individuals and collectives, and are given the support network to ensure they achieve their own potential. I’m Monique Shaw, a career coach, writer, podcaster and brand expert who helps people to rewrite their old stories to create careers, businesses and lives that work. I started my career in the arts and public sector before pivoting into the corporate world where I spent over a decade shaping marketing, brand, sales and communication strategies. I spent 8 of those years with a Big 4 firm working on rebrand projects, running global campaigns, coaching pitch teams and leading a global sector brand & marketing team. After becoming a parent, I craved a deeper sense of purpose in my work and a different lifestyle. When I turned 40, I took the plunge and rewrote my career story, launching Re/Write and bringing together my love of people, words and self-development with the rigour of my global corporate experience and training. My approach to career change is to work from the inside-out. I don’t focus on job titles, industries or company names, instead I help people to connect with who they are, what they need and how they want to live. We build out from that foundation, right through to creating new habits and shaping the story they tell the world. The songs were written for children but adults love them too and adults tend to find them selves humming the tunes long after a Moo Music session ends. I am a mum to one energetic little boy who loves to sing, dance and play silly games. I am also a registered childminder, after doing some research and investigation into Moo Music I decided that this was right MOOove for me as I have long wanted to give office work a rest and do something that is both rewarding and fun and would give me the opportunity to spend more time with my son, so I took the giant step and brought Moo Music to the Isle of Man. We run our musical fun and interactive music sessions for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old every week and It's a fantastic way to make new friends - both for the children and the adults alike! Come and join the fun with Maggie Moo, Ollie Oink, Doris Duck, Henry Horse, Holly Hen and Barry Baa. We hope to see you all soon for some MOOsical fun! Early exposure to rhythmic sounds can aid language and literacy skills. Moo Music songs have been written in a way in which children can learn about and understand the world around them. Words and actions in certain songs which have associated actions allow children to make connections as and when they begin to read and write.
