The Customer Factor was launched in 2004 by our CEO and President, Steve Wright. He owned a window cleaning business at the time and was tired of messing around with index cards and the manual follow up process. Follow up is important but having to sift through index cards all the time just wasn’t fun and was a huge time waster! So The Customer Factor got its start primarily as a way to automate the follow up processes in Steve’s own business. There simply wasn’t any any other program available at the time that automated the process. From those humble beginnings in 2004 we have grown to the point where The Customer Factor is now simplifying and streamlining service businesses all over the world. The Future… Have we finished building? Not a chance! We’re building out our infrastructure now to handle the growth and as technology gets introduced we’re latching on to it if it makes sense for our user base. And we all know the future is mobile, so our iOS and Android apps are growing with new features constantly. New Features are also being introduced into the software almost weekly. Software, if done correctly, is never “finished”. We take this literally. We don’t wait months or a year to introduce an update. That’s nutty. We work on features 6 days a week, so when a feature is completed, we upload it right away so that our users can benefit from it. If you ask around or talk to another current user of The Customer Factor, chances are one of the things they’ll say is “They’re always adding new features”. So…the future is bright at the offices of The Customer Factor. We’ll be here for you today, tomorrow, next month, next year, and 20 years from now. We’re not going anywhere. My name is Claire, and I am a local certified, fully insured Dog Trainer, and have successfully completed courses with COAPE, Dog Training College, Canine Principles, Spirit Dog Training, and several other recognised bodies. I teach by only using positive, force-free, and reward-based methods, which is based on learning through games and play.  At the same time helping you build the valuable relationship between you and your dog. These classes are about people and pups enjoying the sessions and focus on having FUN!  It has been scientifically proven that dogs learn quicker when learning through play! We train for a fun time, not a long time! I offer personalised 1 to 1 lessons, perfect for individuals and families alike, you can book one-off sessions at a cost of £40 per hour or packages of 4 lessons in a block, these are held on a weekly basis and each course costs £100 (4 x £25). The lessons are between 45-60 minutes long depending on the attention span/energy level of your canine friend! What is included: • A welcome pack including access to a library of eBooks. • Lessons planned specifically for you and your dog that focus on having FUN, whilst getting results and building the valuable relationship between you and your dog. • Helpful game cards to remind you of what you learnt in the lesson. • Discounts at many great places such as Tug-E-Nuff, Hi-K9 beds, Murphys Doggy Deli, Feelwells and Wagtails Secure Dog Field. • A certificate and goody bag on completion of the course. Our classroom for 2 and 3 year old children is a room for social development. In all of activities we will have a large focus on sharing and learning to clean up after ourselves. Besides those basic social skills, your little one will learn age appropriate activities in: Language: Developing vocabulary, listening and communication skills; Arts and Crafts: Use of different mediums of paint, chalk, crayons. using colors, eye-hand coordination, with self-expression; Large and Small Motor Development: Running, climbing, riding tricycles, throwing, catching & bouncing ball, stringing beads, lacing cards puzzles. We understand that most children in this classroom will still be working to master potty training. As the child becomes ready (showing more than one sign they are interested in toilet training), we will work with them on this skill. Toilet training is a process and we know that keeping the process consistent between the home and school is a key factor. We will work with each family as the time comes and make the process as positive and effortless as possible!

Hi, I’m Jo the designer/maker here at Willow Moon HQ, based in Derbyshire. I’ve been making jewellery for many years, starting with beaded jewellery and attended my first fair back in 1989. But I’d always had a yearning to learn traditional silversmithing skills and was able to start my training back in 2000, thanks to a local gallery offering silver classes and my passion grew from there. I have since attended many different classes in various mediums to develop my craft. I create handcrafted jewellery using traditional metailsmithing and wire wrapping techniques, creating pieces in sterling silver, copper and semi-precious stones. My style is influenced by art nouveau, with inspiration from nature, the textures and shapes from the natural world. I’m really looking forward to adding my handcrafted jewellery to my website, alongside my “Willow Moon Wish” range of earrings and wish bracelets. The earrings are 925 sterling silver, cast in the UK and I create all of the cards, using recycled kraft card. I also teach wire wrapping, usually holding workshops throughout the year in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
