Our charitable objects are: Advance the education of people from disadvantaged communities to improve their social and health issues and economic circumstances. Support unemployed people to increase their self-confidence so enabling them to access work or to start their own business. Improve health by providing dietary information, local fresh food sources and exercise. Promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment and to promote recycling and sustainability practices. Develop training materials that support the rehabilitation of serving and ex-offenders. Our history Seeds for Growth was established in 2006 by people in Tower Hamlets who volunteered in projects to improve health and well-being, particularly for the Bangladeshi community. In 2012 Seeds for Growth expanded its remit to projects in the Criminal Justice Sector. Seeds for Growth has established food co-ops, school fruit tuck shops, encouraged convenience stores to sell more fresh food, supported unemployed people into work, regenerated community gardens and much more. Sami Green is a teacher, mentor, and workshop facilitator in Bristol and North Somerset. She completed a Fine Art BA at University Centre Somerset with Honours in 2021. Before this, Sami worked for 15 years creating, coordinating and building imaginative decorative environments for events. Wedding magazines and blogs across the world featured her styled photoshoots. Installation commissions include Plimsoll Productions, Tokyo World and Awesome Events. In May 2021, her degree artworks won a window display space and funding at Weston-Super-Shop Windows, a community project organised by Weston Arts Space. In 2022 her community-centred artwork Flutter II for St. John’s Church, Highbridge, won a new artist bursary from Somerset Art Works. Sami continues to develop The Transformation Project, curating responses through artist collaboration for SAW Festival in September 2022. Sami used her degree studies as an opportunity to develop ideas about perception and experience within critical spatial practice. A development from events experience. Her July 2021 exhibition, Emergentism, experimented with the sensory and intellectual processes that help us understand the world around us. Taking inspiration from nature, her unusual, abstract, material, and process-driven forms offered participants immersive, light and sound experiences through colour and frequency. In 2022, ideas led by research into art education practices and the benefits of art and culture to the wellbeing of a community have become central to development. Sami has worked with the community to develop a socially engaged artwork, exploring the collective potential and the possibilities in collaboration. She is working with cross-disciplinary performers and makers to promote a four-dimensional approach to experience through sculptural installation, sound, performance, and workshops. Exploring the multi-sensory in terms of perception and experience formed the backbone of recent experimentation. My research paper into the practices of Olafur Eliasson underpins these ideas,

About EIFA EIFA’s philosophy EIFA is an independent, international, secular school providing an English-French bilingual education. EIFA takes a child-centred approach to learning and encourages the linguistic diversity of its students – developing responsible global citizens, and promoting multicultural understanding through study in at least two languages. Echoes of the Four Directions is a coming together of Native American Indian individuals from various tribes, for the purpose of Providing American Indians and non -native American Indians information and education in regards to Native American Indians and our culture. One of the ways we do this is with EDUCATIONAL and CULTURAL PRESENTATIONS. Echoes of The Four Directions will guide and assist you in conducting research for tracing tribal ancestry or tribal affiliation. (no fees involved). CULTURAL DIVERSITY – Echoes of the Four Directions is available as a consultant and or facilitator for both general diversity training and or customized Native American diversity training. The following is a list of what we offer. 1. Speaker – you may pick a topic or we can suggest one for you. FEE $50.00 2. Speaker and native display such as beadwork, artifacts, silverwork, rattles, etc. – display items are explained and discussed. (This is our most requested program). FEE $75.00 3. Native flute playing, talk and demonstration. FEE $50.00 4. Native Silver smith demonstration. FEE $50.00 5. Native bead work demonstration. FEE $50.00 6. Native Story telling. FEE $50.00 7. Native intertribal social dancing demonstration. FEE $50.00 8. Native woman’s traditional shaw dancing demonstration. FEE $50.00 9. Native children’s games and crafts (this is usually reserved for events such as festivals). Fee $100.00 10.
