Rainford High School opened in 1940 to serve Rainford and the surrounding area. The school has been fortunate to have had a rebuild under the Building Schools for the Future that was opened fully in September 2013. The new building provides an inspiring and modern learning environment for the students and the teachers to focus on learning. The school site has state of the art facilities for Science, Design and Technology and ICT. The new learning environment for Art, Music and Drama will enable our students to produce work of an even higher standard and produce performances the school can celebrate with its community. Facilities such as the immersive space and the “show and tell” area allow teaching and learning to be delivered in a creative, engaging and imaginative way. Flexible teaching spaces are allowing the school to develop an engaging and challenging approach towards teaching and learning. The new canteen and extensive quad allow for an exciting new learning environment that all students can benefit from whilst in lessons or on their own time. Rainford High School is a school for the 21st Century. Our golf facilities (Playsport Golf) are second to none, offering some of the UK's biggest and best practice, play and tuition facilities. Our par 32 9 hole course is modelled on some of the finest holes in UK championship golf whilst our 56 bay driving range includes a central island green modelled on the famous 17th at TPC sawgrass. You can also kit yourself out in the latest golf attire in our amazing American Golf store which stocks a full range of equipment for golfers of all levels and all including a unique Price Match promise. Our fantastic football surfaces (Premier Soccer EK) offer superb pitches for hosting 5-a-side and 7-a-side matches. We have ten pitches in total in our state-of-the-art £2m football centre. If you are an adrenalin junkie you can scale the heights at Climbing The Edge, a 20 metre high facility offering 40 climbing routes for all standards, ages and abilities. Of course the little ones can come along too. Lollipop Land is a large open soft play area that all children can enjoy. It not only has the highest slide in the UK at 6.2m, it also has one of the few Volcano slides in Scotland. There are trampolines, spider web, sports courts , ball pools, go karts and much more. Even the best athletes need to refuel and our on-site restaurants and cafes offer a range of snacks, drinks and meals for all the family.

Welcome to Tolworth Gymnastics Club. Tolworth Gymnastics Club has been teaching gymnastics to all ages and levels since 1981. With state of the art facilities and highly experienced coaching staff, members are trained in an enjoyable and safe environment to meet their maximum potential. Through structured instruction, our members show progress in many key developmental areas. Gymnastics will build physical fitness, flexibility, body awareness, co-ordination, confidence, and is also hugely challenging, creative and fun. If our car park is full we do have the overspill car park opposite the school (TGC sticker in window please). We pay for this facility out of school hours. There is also a car park to the rear of the gym but this is pay and display.

Island Riding Centre has 5* equestrian facilities and accommodation and a welcoming team to ensure that your riding experience and holidays are unforgettable. We opened in July 2017; we are a fully insured, licensed equestrian centre, ABRS accredited livery yard and horse riding stables with an indoor 60m x 25m sand school and an outdoor 60m x 40m sand school. We are a Pony Club Centre and are members of the Association of British Riding Schools. We are an RDA Accessibility Mark centre and have the island’s only para hoist, and a Changing Places Toilet cubicle – we passionately believe that riding should be accessible to all. Onsite we have a cafe, restaurant and children’s playground, we are an award winning holiday complex based on the Isle of Wight (a couple of miles off the south coast of England) with self catering cottages and safari tents. The Isle of Wight has a strong tradition of horse riding with hundreds of miles of bridleways, glorious beaches and trails with spectacular views. Tapping in to the Island’s popularity as a tourist destination, owners Paul and Louise decided on an equestrian complex combined with self-catering holiday accommodation, which would cater for everyone. Suitable for riders (and non-riders) both young and old, those with limited physical abilities, novice riders to experts we hope it will not only provide recreational fun, but also help development and – who knows – find the potential riding stars for the future!
