When you support young people you get drawn into their world, their fears, frustrations and their anxieties. You want to make a difference but it's hard to know how to get them the help they so desperately need. The past few years have seen levels of anxiety in teenagers increase dramatically, something I'm not surprised about. But it's also meant any resources out there for them are stretched and over capacity.
