Guildford

I am Beata Dzwigol, an Inter-Dimensional Therapist, Intuitive Spiritual Coach and Healer, New Earth Goddess Heart Temple Founder, AKASHICdance Founder, DANCEmandala Facilitator, Gong and Reiki Master Teacher, Holistic Therapist. I am a member of Akashic Records Consultants International, LLC and Spiritual Workers Association. I can help you to care of body, mind and spirit. While reading your aura I can tune in to contact your Spiritual Guides and I can introduce you in a healing process on many levels. You Spiritual Guides will lead me so I can help you heal negative emotions and patterns, remove blockages, heal traumas and cut off cords from current and previous lives. We can also work to heal your inner child and understand your self-sabotage. I will guide you through the process of your transformation. I will take you on a journey during which you will have a chance to forgive and let go of whatever is necessary, so that you could spread your wings and shine your inner light – the light of unconditional love. I am not asking you to believe in anything I might say either here or during the session. If it doesn’t resonate with you, then just let it go. However, sometimes what is said, although it does not resonate with you at the time, can make sense later, lie a seed that is planted and which may in due course grow and blossom. A remainder for you and a remainder for me: I AM NOT A LIFEGUARD; I AM A LIGHT HOUSE guiding you on your own journey. You take full responsibility for integrating your experience into your own life. You can go as deep as you wish, the choice is yours to make. I am here for you; to guide and help you, to radiate out your beauty and happiness, to re-find joy and live a fulfilled life.

My name is Denise Thompson/Coutu. I’ve been teaching art classes and giving parties for over 10 years. I love working with kids. I’m a mom, and have also had my own daycare. I also come from a family of teachers. I get great satisfaction from seeing my students grow, both in their skill level and their understanding of the arts. I grew up in Hudson, NH and studied mainly in Boston. My educational experience includes a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Tufts University; a Fine Arts Diploma from the Museum School in Boston (5 yrs), and Certificates in Graphic Design and Web Design from schools in Manchester, NH. I have been a graphic design professional for over 18 years. I worked in the art department in MA working with digital files and preparing them for press. I have also worked in the theatre industry in Boston, which was fun and exciting. My other professional skills include scenic painting, oil painting and drawing, sign making, jewelry making, clay work, mosaic making, sewing and cake decorating. I would love to teach anyone who is interested in learning the skills to make beautiful works of art. I’m now offering After School Care Program, Summer Classes, art classes and private birthdays or other party options. Please contact me to discuss dates you’d like to plan an event. If you need a referral, please see my Express It Art Facebook pages’ testimonials or ask the current or past three charges of the Hudson School Board, who all know me as a friend and as a parent of past students. I also know many wonderful teachers and daycare owners in the Hudson area, and would be happy to put you in touch with them for a reference. Gift certificates are also available if you would like to give a gift. And if you’d like to have a private party of friends, just message me to get that arranged.

Mansfield First Aid

Mansfield Notts

Courses All organisations should make sure that they have a sufficient number of employees who have undertaken the relevant first-aid training. Employers must ensure that their provision is ‘adequate and appropriate in the circumstances’. The best way to do this is by undertaking a risk assessment. If your unsure you can contact us for advice. It is the employers responsibility to decide what the requirements of the organisation are. This can be done by assessing any specific work hazards and ensuring that sufficient first-aid equipment, facilities and properly qualified personnel are available to deal with the consequences of these hazards. Also consider if your teams would benefit from Mental Health First Aid training. This could lower absenteeism and you could be awarded accreditation as positive mental health employer. Course Training Locations We have several training venues dependant on the particular course and quantity of delegates. We operate primarily within the district of Mansfield. But, we can travel internationally. If you have any queries into the particular course venues or your worried about how to get to the venue please get in touch via the contact form or call the numbers located at the bottom of this page. Susy Dance Fitness

After working as a Self-Employed Performing Arts Teacher and Pound Pro alongside my 9-5 job, I finally took the plunge to be fully Self-Employed in September 2018. I grew up enjoying Performing Arts; from the age of about 3 I took dance classes, and when I was 7, I joined Spotlight Performing Arts School as a pupil - I am now the Manager of the Saltburn School! From then on, I performed in as many community based shows as possible with Spotlight PA, and other groups too! This led me to study my Level 3 in Musical Theatre full-time at Middlesbrough College, and then my BA (Hons) Dance at Teesside University. I discovered my passion for teaching whilst at university - completing my work placement at Redcar Academy (now Outwood Academy, Redcar), where I also completed my teaching placement for my PGCE:TLLS. My love of teaching Fitness classes came after I finally found joy in Group Exercise! I had joined a gym whilst at university and didn't really enjoy it that much - but liked the results I was getting. Unfortunately this gym didn't offer much in the way of Group Exercise classes, which is what I found more motivation in, rather than just wandering around the gym floor between cardio/weights... My husband and I were then gifted a 14 day membership at another gym which offered far more, and we signed up for a full year's membership - where I discovered that I could fit the gym into my schedule and made myself accountable by booking into Group Ex classes to make sure I kept going!! Fast forward 2 years and I took my Pound Pro (Instructor) Training and planned to leave my full time job to pursue the Self Employed life. That's the very condensed version - for more snippets into my life you can follow me on my social medias! Susy x

Advanced Safety Group

Newcastle Upon Tyne

Our experienced team of Health and Safety experts can help guide you to the right course and provide on-site training at your convenience.Advanced Safety Group are committed to ensuring our services are delivered in such a way that minimises our environmental impact, promotes business integrity and most importantly helps to create a sustainable future for us all. As a family-owned business, we want to make sure we do our part to ensure wherever possible we lower our business’s carbon footprint, help make our surroundings even greener and support local independent businesses. As such, Company Owners Steven Mclean and Charlotte Knight in partnership with The National Trust are planting 500 square meters of woodland in the UK to help offset our carbon footprint and also to help ensure UK woodlands keep on flourishing. Our aim is to double this each subsequent year and who knows eventually we may well have just planted a forest (stay tuned)! Further to this, to be more sustainable and socially responsible, our company promise to wherever possible use local independent businesses for our business supplies, travel and accommodation. We recognise as a family-run business, that now more than ever in these uncertain economic times that independent small businesses need our (and others’) support and it is up to us all to help in this. As a national company, our instructors travel large distances and as such our company has a policy of staying locally rather than travelling back and forth up the motorways to minimise our fuel consumption and carbon footprint. We use small independent companies for our accommodation wherever possible, such as independent hotels and B&Bs in the location of our work and use local amenities. In addition to this, we are going as paperless as humanely possible, invoices/remittances are no longer printed but entirely emailed and some of our exam papers are now totally digital. This is something we continue to improve. Our staff even take notes on iPads when meeting with clients rather than notebooks and pens.

The Food Safety Company

the food safety company

After leaving University I worked for a bakery company which is where my journey in Food Safety began: I went on a basic course where the trainer (an Environmental Health Officer) showed us an disturbing object which he had found in food, and told us various horror stories such as seeing rats in kitchens and about many other experience during his work. This is where the fascination began. Not a glamorous career for a young girl, looking down drains and climbing down to dirty cellars, but it provided plenty of tales to fascinate people at dinner parties! After a career change which resulted me spending 25 years as a government food inspector, I decided to hang up my badge and defect to the other side. Literally Game keeper tuned poacher or should I say head chef turned food critic? I wanted to help businesses obtain a good rating and allow them to not feel terrified when the inspector calls at their premises So I set up The Food Safety Company in 2015 and have successfully helped many businesses to obtain – and maintain – high food hygiene ratings. I have also enjoyed conducting accredited and bespoke training courses for clients, and creating bespoke food safety management systems for many businesses. To date I have a 100% success rate with clients wishing to obtain a 5 rating (if they follow my advice!). This include all types of business; from small cafes to large, prestigious wedding venues I would like to share this success with you. On a personal note, I consider myself to be a foodie: I like talking about food; cooking it; eating it and more importantly sharing it with friends and family. People often ask if I think about anything other than food. My answer is “very rarely”! I also like to visit food festivals and restaurants, trying to keep ahead of the current food trends and products, and I support Alice Charity Food Bank.

Bright Arts Studio

is to create uplifting and inspiring art. Paintings or sculptures that radiate light, positive vibration or take a viewer on their inner explorational journey. I am also very passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping and encouraging others on their own creative journey. My Artistic Journey While ago I received a very sweet message from a person who I met for the first time during my London exhibition in 2008. This is what she wrote: Hi Marie, I just wanted to tell you that your gift is incredible and I adore your intuitive art! Your art pieces have truly been an inspiration to my writing ever since I visited your exhibition in October 2008. 'Bonded Souls' in particular has been very close to my heart and I have printed it and keep it with me always to encourage me to keep writing. Don't stop painting! Your work is a blessing for others. Lisa P.S. I wish you had an exhibition in Australia I had lots of positive feedback from people who saw my art or bought my art prior to this message. However this message was somehow special to me. First of all I received it out of the blue, completely unexpected. It’s flattering and encouraging at the same time but most importantly it reinforced me to start thinking more in depth about the purpose of my art. My paintings always had a spiritual content and feeling. The colours resonated with our chakras/energy centres and my airbrush technique skills always helped my paintings to look very soft and dreamy but I wasn’t sure what the purpose of my art is. I realised that only few years back. The purpose is to Inspire, Uplift and Elevate. Once I realised that and mainly started to create art that does that, I somehow changed and started to call myself an artist. I realised that my art can make a difference.

Tewkesbury School

tewkesbury school

Gloucestershire,

I am absolutely thrilled and honoured to take up the mantle of Headteacher at Tewkesbury School. When I first visited the school and the town back in 2021, I was struck by the community feel, the passion for the town and the dedication of the staff team for all the young people. I distinctly remember the pride with which the student guides spoke of the school and of their community and the ambition the team at Tewkesbury School had for every student. This will be my second Headship in the South West and my 20th year in education and I am excited to guide Tewkesbury School through its next phase. Headteachers are custodians of schools on behalf of young people and it will be my privilege to work with the whole community from governors, parents, students, colleagues and primary colleagues to other partners in the town, county and region to make sure Tewkesbury School is strong, effective and serving our children to the best of its ability. The greatest successes come from working together towards a common cause and there is no better cause than the education of the next generations. I am keenly ambitious about our future as a school so will continue the drive towards the highest standards academically and behaviourally whilst still ensuring we remain an inclusive school serving the Tewkesbury community. The educational landscape is shifting and changing at a national, regional and local level yet, despite that, there is nothing more important than making sure our young people are well prepared to step out into the world with confidence and understanding as a result of great teaching and a broad range of experiences. Everything I do will link back to preparing our young people to be successful in their next steps in life. It is an absolute privilege to be the Headteacher at Tewkesbury and I look forward to welcoming you to our school.
