Over your first 30 days with us at FX Fitness, we will help you to take control
of your health, and fitness. You'll sit with a coach to assess where you're
currently at, and dig a little deeper into your specific goals. From there, we
will set some 90 day and 30 day targets for you, and schedule your training for
the week. Throughout the process, you'll have access to not only the personal
training sessions, but also our cardio fitness classes and anytime gym use. In
addition, your dedicated coach will provide you with a detailed training
programme on your FX training app, so you know exactly what you need to do to
get results. And that's not all. Throughout your entire journey, you'll receive
nutrition guidance specific to you and your biggest challenges when to achieving
weight loss or muscle-building results.
