We are not reliant on Government funding and therefore staff do not need to complete extraneous elements required for funding only purposes - and can concentrate on any regulatory bodies (and/or your own) requirements. Our use of in-house Work-Based Assessors* also eliminates the need for outside personnel to visit your care settings.  This is valued by our clients who have sensitive environments. *Training and Qualification (if necessary) of an appropriate senior member of your staff included in package price.
