A Person-Centred Approach JEM Support Services is a semi-independent provider
that is supported by an enthusiastic and engaging team. We assist young people
aged 16 and over by providing transitional support to independence, as well as
providing a bespoke service focusing on education, training, employment guidance
and opportunities. The work undertaken is life changing and extremely rewarding.
Our small units and person-centred approach provide a structured, focused
learning and development route to support our young people. We build on each
young person’s strengths to develop their independence through daily living
skills, support into education, training and/or employment. We work intensively
with young people in an innovative and focused manner. Our philosophy is that
‘every young person matters; therefore, every young person is an investment
towards the future’. JEM Support Services is committed to the success of all
those who access our provision. We ensure that each room is furnished to a high
standard. Our living facilities are comfortable and functional, whilst the unit
promotes a homely environment which is a structured and safe space for all.
