I am a Somatic practitioner specialising in dance, movement, Craniosacral
Therapy and Pilates. My journey into the body for the soul started at the age of
14 in dance, where I have eventually grown to work professionally for over three
decades. It took me from my origin Tokyo to my current location London. I
continue the journey into the depth and wonder of our bodymindsoul.
