Aromatherapy Consultation & Custom Blending Service £30 for a 30 minute session – includes an aromatherapy product designed specifically to address your symptoms or needs, with personal instructions for use. The session will require you to fill out a confidential client information & consent form in advance and will involve up to 30 minutes of dedicated consultation time. A personal blend will then be designed and made to support your personal needs. This is posted to you with instructions on use. This session is suitable for anyone interested in using essential oils or aromatherapy products to support their health & wellbeing. Essential oils are powerful tools that can support us in diverse ways, from serious chronic illness, to day to day nurturing. Symptoms & conditions that aromatherapy products can help with include: scar care, arthritis, aches & pains stress & anxiety nausea (very helpful during pregnancy). sensitive skin, eczema respiratory conditions, colds, coughs, asthma Products that can be made to support after the session include: bath and body oils, face creams, cleansers & oils, balms, roll-on perfumes, inhaler sticks, pure essential oil for use in diffusers. Once you purchase your session you will be sent a link to book your time slot and confirm if you are able to join with zoom or an alternative method. We are passionate about enaging people of all ages in ecological issues, natural history and wildlife. We run Community Events such as Moth Breakfasts (opposite) and Community Mothing and have run courses for schools, youth groups, community organisations and home schoolers. We have a multitude of illustrated talks which have gone down a storm at local gardening clubs and Women’s Institutes. We even appeared as a guest lecturer at Birmingham University – examples are listed here The Nomadic Museum of Natural History is a combination of street theatre and education tool. Formulated out of an idea of a ‘Cabinet of Curiosity’ and the plethora of natural history items in our house it slowly became a 1m long transportable natural history museum. We have since taken in all over the country to festivals, events and private functions. Primarily a botanist he has developed skills as an all round naturalist. He has been commissioned on work involving Newt and reptile relocation and survey work at Moredon Park, Swindon Bat monitoring on the Bats in Churches project, Herefordshire Meadow restoration projects in Peterchurch, Herefordshire Badger mitigation work at Snodhill Castle, Herefordshire A summary of his skills is available here Teaching Trees For over 20 years, Teaching Trees been connecting schools with local woodlands across England and Wales. We have been employed to run the programme for Herefordshire and Worcestershire which we have done since 2017. It is funded by the Royal Forestry Society and aims to connect children to woodlands and get them to understand the trees, wildlife and production of timber that are essential for all our health. For more details please visit their website. Traditional Crafts We can offer a range of traditional and modern crafts. However we are experts at introducing people to Wool craft and tour the country as the Woolly Circus. All aspects of wool are covered: wet felting, needle felting, weaving, spinning and preperarion of fleeces. We also offer Green Woodworking courses which include Whittling to make spoons and other items from greenwood with axe, knife and crook knife. We are adept at many crafts and in the past have run workshops in knotwork, origami, willow weaving, pewter smithing with cuttlefish, sewing, leatherwork, stone age craft, decoupage and home made toileteries. We are available to run craft activities at festivals, events, parties and groups. I feel empowered by what I do and get so much joy from creating custom pleasure tools for clients that I decided to share the experience and give others the opportunity to create something fun, unique and really personal. My workshops are rewarding experience; they nurture playfulness, creativity and connection with ourselves and others. Yes, we’re putting enamel decals on porcelain sex toys but these workshops are so much more than the sum of their parts. They push people’s boundaries and challenge preconceptions in a gentle, fun, and creative way, encouraging a healthy attitude toward sexuality and ownership over our own pleasure. What to expect. A warm, welcoming atmosphere. Because we use a range of pre-printed enamel decals, no artistic ability is required. Spaces are limited but everyone is welcome regardless of artistic ability. I don't specify that all the workshops are women only but that tends to be the case. The workshop lasts around 3.5 hours and once decorated, the handmade dildo needs to dry for 24 - 48 hours before being enamel fired and shipped in the post. It’s amazing to see what people create with the same resources; there is always so much diversity and it's wonderful to see my dildos embellished with your creative designs. Prosecco, light refreshments and treats and return postage are included in the workshop fee. Studio vibes. During the workshops, conversations amble from the intimate, to playful, emotional, insightful, and uplifting; everyone who attends has a different story and fresh perspective. It’s humbling to share the afternoon with so many inspiring women (and sometimes men!) creating together. One of my past participants said that it was like therapy for her and I guess it is for all of us in some way. Every person leaves feeling like they've formed a connection with each other and some even stay in touch after the session - it’s such an awesome feeling to see the workshops creating a community. Additional people are charged at £150 per person, maximum 8 people in the studio. I may need a 4-week lead time to ensure I have my handmade dildos and plugs in-stock but I will do my best to accommodate your desired date.
