As a coach, I play the role of mentor, consultant and motivator, but I am not a therapist. The thing I enjoy most about coaching is that it is always positive and looking forward at the ‘how’: how you can move on from where you are and make a change? It is action orientated and concerned with the present and future, and less with the past. On a personal level, I have always been passionate about helping people live the life they envisage, both successful and happy. I believe the two are directly linked. My coaching style offers a balanced combination of challenge and support with the aim of raising a client’s self-awareness, including the impact they have on people around them. As a coach, I help individuals and teams gain clarity, feel empowered and achieve their greatest dreams by helping them unlock their best potential! Having gone through many life journeys of my own, and realising that it is only you that is in the driving seat. It has spurred me on to help other people with their own self-development and to truly live their best life. I work together to identify personal strengths, areas for development, and help to eliminate self-doubt and limiting beliefs. In addition to personal training, I specialise in working with senior management teams in family businesses, to maximise their strengths, help them meet their potential and reach both their professional and personal goals. Having previously worked as an MD, I bring this experience to my coaching practice, supporting clients to achieve positive changes in their productivity, leadership skills, time management, motivation, confidence, goal attainment and work/life balance. I understand the demands of a family business and the pressures faced by owners and their management teams. I am able to help leaders make the direct link between personal happiness and business success. Before setting up my coaching practice, I worked for the past 24 years within successful SME family businesses. I have been involved in significant turnaround situations; undergoing change management projects and building a business up from grassroots. I am experienced in personal development and understand the challenging pressures of being an entrepreneur. Drawing on my experience as a leader and a coach, I am able to help leaders and their teams find solutions for the challenges and opportunities in their working life. Family is core to me and being a single parent to three wonderful children, ranging from teenage to twenties am able to counsel on a variety of family issues. One of the most exciting and unexplored worlds isn't located out in deep space like so many people believe. This largely unexplored world covers 70% of the surface of our own Earth and is a sustaining factor in our ecosystem. A spacesuit isn't needed to explore the otherworldly forms found beneath the surface, but proper dive gear can extend the stay. The easiest way to feel like you have been transported into another world is to scuba dive. Not only is the imagery alien, but a diver feels weightless as well. Add to this the feeling of carrying the life-support pack dive tank and viewing through dive masks and the diving experience can truly feel out of this world even though the diver may be actually getting closer to their evolutionary roots. Modern dive equipment allows the diver to experience underwater locations with incredible ease and comfort. Though the days of heavy hard to maneuver equipment are still around the trend has been towards more streamlined, sleek and user friendly designs that give the diver a better, less distorted field of view, increased locomotion and maneuverability, and allow longer dive times with less decompression. Even dive watches are becoming capable underwater computers that can calculate a number of dive situations simultaneously. These devices often work in tandem with advanced regulators that can preserve air and warn the diver of some potential dangers. One of the most promising diving developments is the introduction and use of re-breathers as opposed to regular scuba dive tanks. Typically a regulator will dispel the divers exhalation which contains dangerous CO2 as well as beneficial breathing air. This is the cloud of bubbles seen coming from most divers and not only does it scare away fish and other underwater life, but it contains a large amount of useful air. A re-breather uses a closed loop and air scrubbers that remove the CO2 from the loop and store it in cartridges. This is very similar to how the space shuttle recycles air in space. Not only does all the available air get saved for later use, increasing dive times exponentially, but here are no annoying and distracting bubbles blocking anyone's view or scaring away the wildlife. They are silent and surprisingly small, often smaller than two large dive tanks, and come with advanced dive computers and heads up displays. For technical diving, underwater filming, wreck exploration and caving a re-breather is absolutely essential and allows for an unprecedented range of movement coupled with the longest dive times. It is no wonder these are preferred by Navy seals. Swimming with all that equipment can be slow and tedious even with the biggest diving fins which is why an increasing number of divers have begun using diver propulsion vehicles, often called dive scooters. Dive time is limited by the amount of air and exertion quickly uses that available air up even if using a re-breather. The easiest and most fun way to increase dive time is with a strong dive scooter allowing for the best out of this world exploration this side of the moon. I'm sure that a whale would be just as surprised to see a diver for the first time as we would a being from outer space.

I feel empowered by what I do and get so much joy from creating custom pleasure tools for clients that I decided to share the experience and give others the opportunity to create something fun, unique and really personal. My workshops are rewarding experience; they nurture playfulness, creativity and connection with ourselves and others. Yes, we’re putting enamel decals on porcelain sex toys but these workshops are so much more than the sum of their parts. They push people’s boundaries and challenge preconceptions in a gentle, fun, and creative way, encouraging a healthy attitude toward sexuality and ownership over our own pleasure. What to expect. A warm, welcoming atmosphere. Because we use a range of pre-printed enamel decals, no artistic ability is required. Spaces are limited but everyone is welcome regardless of artistic ability. I don't specify that all the workshops are women only but that tends to be the case. The workshop lasts around 3.5 hours and once decorated, the handmade dildo needs to dry for 24 - 48 hours before being enamel fired and shipped in the post. It’s amazing to see what people create with the same resources; there is always so much diversity and it's wonderful to see my dildos embellished with your creative designs. Prosecco, light refreshments and treats and return postage are included in the workshop fee. Studio vibes. During the workshops, conversations amble from the intimate, to playful, emotional, insightful, and uplifting; everyone who attends has a different story and fresh perspective. It’s humbling to share the afternoon with so many inspiring women (and sometimes men!) creating together. One of my past participants said that it was like therapy for her and I guess it is for all of us in some way. Every person leaves feeling like they've formed a connection with each other and some even stay in touch after the session - it’s such an awesome feeling to see the workshops creating a community. Pandora Project was established in 2013 to provide emotional and practical support to women affected by domestic abuse in West Norfolk. We quickly expanded to working with children and young people as they are truly the hidden victims in abusive households. Group support quickly followed and with input from our clients we wrote our own recovery programme called Open The Box. This 10 week course includes not only an understanding of domestic abuse but also confidence and self-esteem work, an essential part of the recovery journey. Our service has grown and expanded into North Norfolk. We are an all female workforce, and most of our workers have lived experience of domestic abuse so are passionate about helping to make a positive a difference to women’s lives. We offer non-judgmental and confidential support. Domestic abuse puts women and children at risk every day and we work hard to raise awareness of this huge problem. Two women a week die at the hands of their current or former partner. Everyone should have the right to live without fear.
