We are based in a quant seaside town of Hornsea, East Yorkshire in a Retail Outlet village that was home to Hornsea Pottery. Just opening our doors on 28th October 2023, we aim to offer a fusion of creativity, fun and mindfulness through pottery painting, workshops, courses & parties. Choose from over 120 different bisque pottery with the main themes being * Seasonal (Christmas, Valentines, Mothers Day, Easter, Fathers Day, Seaside, Halloween), * Fantasy & magic, * Animal kingdom, * Home & Garden and * Kitchenalia    Prices start from as little as £10 and includes 2 hours, equipment, paints, glazing and firing.   Please allow 7-14 days for the glazing and firing to be completed.  An additional 7 days may be required during busy periods. Craig Molyneux’s SMP Story It’s been an eventful and exciting journey for our head technician Craig Molyneux as he has become an SMP expert in the last few years. From confusion and intrigue back in 2017 when he first saw a video of a hair tattoo, right through to SMP training and making the shift away from barber work to the expert scalp micropigmentation artist he is today. Let’s have a look at the timeline and see how it’s all worked out for Craig Molyneux within the SMP world, and now the bright, bold HD Hairlines.

This is a small, friendly and informal class particularly suited to beginners or those who are not particularly familiar with yoga. Each pose or asana will be explained and adaptations suggested if needed. The aim is to understand one’s own body, its strengths, challenges and capacity for movement. We explore how to bring new energy to the movements through the breath (prana) and letting go. You will be amazed at how regular yoga practice will improve your mental and physical well-being. Give it a go! Wear stretchy or loose fitting comfortable clothing. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day so that you are well hydrated for the class. Avoid eating anything heavy 2 hours or so before a class. Please bring a mat and towel or any other props you may need such as blocks or belts. I’m afraid no equipment is provided.

Claire Dyson Racing Froglands Stud Farm is based in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. It is a purpose built racing yard constructed from a derelict farm. Sitting in the picturesque village of Cleeve Prior it is set in 150 acres and situated close to all of the Midlands Racecourses including Stratford, Warwick, Worcester and Cheltenham. Claire Dyson herself a successful jockey and has won several races runs the yard. Team Dyson are committed to training of both Flat and National Hunt Racehorses. The facilities at Froglands are second to none. There is an equine water treadmill, equine massage equipment, Zamar heat treatment and Claydon walker to name but a few. The farm also boasts a 5 1/2 furlong carpet uphill gallop and both flat and uphill grass gallops, canter ring, outdoor school and lunging pen amongst its acreage. From flat horses through stalls to national hunt horses jumping steeplechase fences and rehabilitation of the injured. Individual treatment and attention to detail is guaranteed at Froglands.

Training & Education That Makes a Difference Elizabeth Raymond Brown, PhD., is a qualified teacher with Health & Safety Qualifications and an RPA 2000 Accredited Laser Protection Adviser (LPA) with PG Diploma in Clinical Education. Elizabeth has been designing and delivering laser/light safety courses and qualifications for over 27 years for colleges, universities and the private and public healthcare sectors. In 1999, as Head of Lasers at Loughborough College, she developed the first internationally recognised qualifications in medical and aesthetic laser/ILS therapies and laser safety management. Elizabeth authored the HABIA booklet ‘Safe Use of Laser/IPL Equipment’ and has published a number of journal papers and articles.
