The Level 3 Award in Education and Training AET (formerly known as PTLLS) is an introductory, knowledge based teaching qualification. It can be undertaken by individuals who are not yet in a teaching or training role (pre-service), or are currently teaching or training (in-service). This qualification is delivered on our online or classroom based learning platform with full tutor support throughout the course.

PTLLS is a teacher training qualification for those new to teaching / training industry or wanting to start out as associate teachers, or currently teaching. Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) course is designed to contribute towards the knowledge and understanding for Further Education National Training Organisation (FENTO) or the Employment National Training Organisation (EMPNTO) occupational standards in the United Kingdom. This course is designed for anyone wishing to enter in the adult training and teaching industry in this country and even some other country too.

CAVA is a combined of assessment of occupational competence in the work environment, and the assessment of vocational skills, knowledge and understanding. Level 3: Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (RQF) course is suitable for people who assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding other than in the work environment (e.g. a workshop, classroom or other training environment).

What to expect Join Georgie to learn the basics of pattern cutting for bags with an introduction to leather craft. The course includes a foundation knowledge through to more complex cutting techniques. Looking at 3D shapes and examples from which you can create multiple shapes and details. This is the course for you if you’re ready to turn those bags you’ve been dreaming up and designing into 3-Dimensional tangible reality. Within the course, you’ll also be introduced to techniques and materials suitable for accessories, including sewing on an industrial sewing machine and stitching leather by hand. Upon completing the pattern cutting and introduction to leather course you will take away the knowledge to bring your designs to life. Complete with a set of paper/ fabric mock-ups which can be kept as your reference sample set and leather craft samples you will have your very own library of resources to inspire and generate future ideas.
