Hey l'm Shaun, I started Optimum Fitness in 2016 after being truly passionate about fitness for almost 2 decades. We are a family ran studio made up of myself and my sister Luisa. What we do here is simple and effective with no gimmicks and everyone who walks through our door is treated as family.
