At the Yoga Garden, we lovingly provide a range of both online & in person yoga classes, workshops, yoga teacher training, retreats and therapies in our handcrafted yurt, in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Situated in a beautiful wild-flower meadow, within the 3,500 acre re-wilding project on the Knepp Estate, you'll find a dedicated haven to practice yoga within nature.
MHS was established by Bernie Graham in 2006 and is committed to facilitating training that both raises awareness of mental health problems and also provides a means of addressing these serious health concerns for all organisations. The training is appropriate for customer focussed businesses and organisations, particularly for those providing care and support.
